A method of three-dimensionally optically molding a photocurable composition based on the data input in (1) has attracted attention. Regarding the optical three-dimensional modeling technology, a liquid photocurable composition is supplied with a required amount of controlled light energy to be cured into a thin layer, and after further supplying a liquid photocurable composition thereon, the same is applied. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 56-144478 discloses an optical three-dimensional molding method for producing a three-dimensional molded product which is laminated and cured in a thin layer by irradiating controlled light energy and repeating this process. The basic practical method is further proposed by Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-247515. Since then, a number of proposals have been made regarding optical three-dimensional modeling technology. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. Sho 62-35966, Hei 1-204915, Hei 2-113
925, JP-A-2-145616, JP-A-2-153722, JP-A-3-15520, JP-A-3-21432, JP-A-3-4112
No. 6 discloses a technique relating to an optical three-dimensional printing method. That is, the optical manufacturing method of a three-dimensional object generally adopted at present is an ultraviolet laser controlled by a computer so as to obtain a desired pattern on a liquid surface of a liquid photocurable composition placed in a container. Is selectively irradiated to cure to a predetermined thickness, and then one layer of the liquid photocurable composition is supplied on the cured layer, and similarly irradiated with an ultraviolet laser to cure in the same manner as described above. A three-dimensional structure having a final shape is obtained by repeating a lamination operation of forming a continuous cured layer. According to this method, even if the shape of the modeled object is considerably complicated, the target three-dimensional modeled object can be manufactured easily and in a relatively short time.

It is required that the volumetric shrinkage be small and that the three-dimensional structure obtained by photocuring have good mechanical properties. However, in recent years, there has been a tendency for demands and applications of optically shaped objects, which have been mainly used for evaluation of molded shapes, to be expanded in recent years, and accordingly, depending on the application, they are used in practical tests as actual embedded parts. Examples are increasing, and improvement in mechanical properties called toughness has been demanded. For example, in an optical three-dimensional structure used for a repeated fatigue test of a belt buckle, it is important to maintain strength in a fitting strength test of male and female parts.

Compounds have mainly been used. However, in these methods, the elongation tends to decrease with a composition that increases the tensile strength of the cured product. Conversely, if the elongation is to be improved, the strength is reduced, and it is difficult to achieve both performances.

The range of 5 parts by mass is preferred, and particularly preferably 20 to 70 parts.
It is in the range of parts by mass. When the amount of the component (A) is less than 15 parts by mass, not only the mechanical strength of the molded article formed by the optical molding method is insufficient, but also the volume shrinkage due to polymerization increases, and the amount of the component (A) is 75 parts by mass. When the value exceeds, the liquid viscosity of the photocurable composition becomes high, and it is difficult to obtain a precise molded product, and it may be difficult to mold the optical three-dimensional molding machine.

To H, lines L to H, and a region surrounded by lines L to H. That is, 10 to 70 parts by mass of the component (b1) and 15 to 75 parts by mass of the component (A)
2) The component is preferably 5 to 60 parts by mass. More preferably, the component (b1) is 20 to 60 parts by mass, and (b2)
The components range from 10 to 50 parts by weight. If the amount of the component (b1) exceeds 70 parts by mass, the mechanical strength of the molded product obtained by stereolithography is reduced. If the amount is less than 10 parts by mass, the viscosity of the composition is increased, and it is difficult to obtain a molded product having excellent precision. (B2)
When the amount of the component exceeds 60 parts by mass, the polymerization shrinkage of the molded product by optical molding increases, and a molded product with excellent accuracy cannot be obtained. When the amount is less than 5 parts by mass, the mechanical strength and heat resistance of the molded product are insufficient. There is.

It is blended in the range of 1 to 5 parts by mass. When the addition amount of the photopolymerization initiator is less than 0.05 parts by mass, the effect of the photocurability due to the addition of the photopolymerization initiator is not sufficient to be suitable for substantial industrial production. On the other hand, if the amount exceeds 10 parts by mass, an undesired odor may remain in the cured film when the irradiation light amount is small, which is not preferable.

However, generally from 3 to 70% by volume based on the volume of the photocurable composition prior to containing the solid particulates and / or whiskers.
Is preferably 20 to 65% by volume, and more preferably 30 to 60% by volume.
In particular, when the photocurable composition of the present invention contains only solid fine particles without containing whiskers, the content of the solid fine particles is determined based on the volume of the photocurable composition before containing the solid fine particles. It is preferably set to 70% by volume. When the photocurable composition of the present invention contains only whiskers without containing solid fine particles, the content of the whiskers is determined based on the volume of the photocurable resin composition before containing the whiskers. It is preferably set to 30% by volume. By setting the contents of the solid fine particles and the whiskers in the photocurable composition in the above ranges, a molded article or a molded article having more excellent dimensional accuracy and heat resistance can be obtained. on the other hand,
When the content of the solid fine particles and the whisker exceeds the above upper limits, the viscosity of the photocurable composition becomes too high, and the handling property, the operability at the time of photocuring, and the like become poor.

Inorganic solid fine particles and organic polymer solid fine particles that do not undergo decomposition or deterioration at the temperature at which a photocured product such as a molded product is used are preferably used. In particular, solid fine particles having smooth spheres, particularly spherical solid fine particles, having a relative standard deviation of sphericity represented by the following formula (1) of 0.5 or less are used as solid fine particles. Is preferred. When solid fine particles having a relative standard deviation value of 0.5 or less are used, irradiation light (irradiation energy rays) is prevented from being irregularly reflected by the solid fine particles when the photocurable resin composition is photocured. In this way, photocuring is performed uniformly, and a photocured product having better dimensional accuracy can be obtained. In addition, an excessive increase in viscosity of the photocurable composition is prevented.

It is preferably 70 μm, more preferably 10 to 60 μm, even more preferably 15 to 50 μm. When the average particle diameter of the solid fine particles is less than 3 μm, the viscosity of the photocurable composition tends to be excessively high. Tends to have low dimensional accuracy. Further, the solid fine particles may be transparent or opaque, and may be selected according to the type and use of a target molded article or molded article. In order to obtain a photo-cured product with excellent transparency while improving heat resistance, solid fine particles are formed into extremely small particles of submicron, and an appropriate surface treatment is applied to the photo-cured resin composition. It is also possible to stably disperse and suppress an increase in the viscosity of the photocurable resin composition.

The use of a material treated with one or more silane coupling agents such as epoxy silane and acrylic silane often improves the mechanical strength of a cured product obtained by photo-curing, which is preferable. When the photocurable composition contains polyethylene-based solid fine particles and / or polypropylene-based solid fine particles that have been treated with a silane coupling agent, a polyethylene-based solid obtained by copolymerizing about 1 to 10% by mass of an acrylic acid compound is used. It is preferable to use fine particles and / or polypropylene-based solid fine particles because the affinity with the silane coupling agent is increased.

Whiskers having a diameter of 0 μm and an aspect ratio of 10 to 100 are preferably used, and whiskers having a diameter of 0.3 to 0.7 μm, a length of 20 to 50 μm, and an aspect ratio of 20 to 70 are more preferably used. When the aspect ratio of the whisker is less than 10, the effect of improving the mechanical properties and the effect of reducing the volume shrinkage due to the inclusion of the whisker are difficult to obtain, and the viscosity of the photocurable composition tends to increase. . On the other hand, if the aspect ratio of the whisker increases, the effect of improving the mechanical strength and reducing the volume shrinkage is expected, but if the aspect ratio is too large, the viscosity of the photocurable composition increases, the fluid elasticity increases. It is preferable that the aspect ratio is 100 or less, since the molding operation becomes difficult, and the dimensional accuracy of the obtained photocured product is reduced, particularly the dimensional accuracy of the side surface of the photocured product is reduced.

As a typical example of the optical three-dimensional modeling method preferably used in the present invention, an active energy ray is selected so as to obtain a cured layer having a desired pattern in a liquid photocurable composition containing a light energy absorber. To form a cured layer, and then supply an uncured liquid photocurable composition to the cured layer, and similarly irradiate an active energy ray to newly form a cured layer continuous with the cured layer. A method of finally obtaining a target three-dimensional structure by repeating the operation of forming and stacking can be cited. And, even if the three-dimensional molded article obtained thereby is used as it is, or in some cases, post cure by light irradiation or post cure by heat is performed,
The mechanical properties and the shape stability may be further improved before use.

It is suitable for casting polymerization, potting, stereolithography, etc. And, since the volumetric shrinkage is small, it is possible to obtain molded products and three-dimensional molded products with excellent dimensional accuracy, and the cured product is excellent in impact resistance, tensile strength and tensile elongation in addition to transparency, so it is mechanical It is useful as a three-dimensional molded product requiring strength. Further, by containing the component (B), 3
The elasticity and heat resistance of a molded product formed by the three-dimensional stereolithography are improved. Further, by using the compound (b1) and the compound (b2) together as the component (B), the elastic modulus, tensile strength, and tensile elongation of the molded product obtained by stereolithography are further improved. Further, by adding a filler, a molded article or a molded article with further reduced dimensional accuracy due to volume shrinkage during photocuring can be obtained. In addition, heat resistance is improved while maintaining good mechanical properties.
