A twisted pair wire in which a two-core insulated wire is twisted is well known. However, since the twisted pair wire has no external conductor and thus does not have sufficient shielding characteristics, it is indispensable to take measures against noise such as winding a shield material around the outer periphery. But,
In such measures, the problem that the cable itself inevitably becomes thicker has been left unsolved.
Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-94212 (Japanese Utility Model Application No. 3-62)
No. 6 microfilm) discloses a two-core cable in which a parallel two-core cable is spirally wound and the outer periphery thereof is further covered in a braided conductive outer conductor.
In this case, there is a problem that the adhesion between the outer conductor and the insulator is poor and the shielding characteristics are not sufficient. Further, in this embodiment, there is a problem that the outer shape of the product is not compact, and the manufacturing process becomes complicated.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of the two-core parallel shielded cable of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the two-core parallel shielded cable of the present invention, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a flat shielded cable in which a plurality of parallel shielded cables are arranged in parallel. 1 to 3, 1 is a two-core parallel shielded cable, 2 is an inner conductor, 3 is an insulator, 4 is an outer conductor, a single layer of only the metal braided layer 5 or the metal braided layer 5 and the metal tape layer 6. In a two-layer structure. Further, 7 is a jacket layer, 8 is a flat shielded cable, and 9 is a covering material. First, the two-core parallel shielded cable shown in FIG. 1 will be described. In this example, a single-layered outer conductor composed of a metal braided layer 5 is provided on the outer periphery of two electric wires provided with the insulator 3 on the inner conductor 2 in parallel with the two electric wires. I have. Here, it is important that the braid pitch of the metal braid layer 5 be in the range of 1 mm to 12 mm (particularly preferably 2 mm to 10 mm). This is because if the pitch is less than 1 mm, the braid will be too tight and cause a problem in the flexibility of the product. If the pitch exceeds 12 mm, the braid will be easily broken and the impedance characteristics will be unstable or the shielding characteristics will be poor. Is worse. Here, as the internal conductor 2, a single wire of an annealed copper wire or an alloy wire, or a stranded conductor is generally used. On the other hand, the insulator 3 can be used as long as it has an insulating function. However, in consideration of excellent high-frequency characteristics, which is one of the required characteristics of a cable, a fluororesin is preferable. Most preferably, it is applied in a predetermined form. The thickness of the insulator 3 is 0.04 mm or more.
It is preferably in the range of 0.2 mm. Next, the metal braid layer 5 constituting the outer conductor will be described. Metal braid layer 5
Is formed by braiding a soft copper wire or an alloy wire as a material of the conductor 2. The number of braids is 8-24, the number of braids is 3-8,
The braid pitch is preferably in the range of 1 mm to 12 mm from the viewpoint of shielding characteristics. Next, if necessary, a plastic tape such as a polyester tape is horizontally wound to form the jacket layer 7. As a tape constituting the jacket layer, it is preferable to use a plastic tape coated with a hot melt agent on one side. This is because the hot melt is applied and welded to the entire surface of the metal braid layer 5 by heating and melting, so that the adhesive strength and the sealing property are improved. At the same time, there is an advantage that the number of work steps is reduced and the productivity is improved. The jacket layer 7
Is preferably in the range of 4 μm to 18 μm.

In this example, two wires each having an insulator 3 provided on an inner conductor 2 are arranged in parallel with each other, and a metal braided layer 5 and a metal tape layer 6 surrounding the layers are provided on the outer periphery of these two wires. An outer conductor 4 having a layer structure is provided. In this case, since it has a two-layer structure of the metal braid layer 5 and the metal tape layer 6 surrounding the layer, the shielding characteristics are further improved as compared with the case of the single-layer structure of FIG. Here, the inner conductor 2, the insulator 3, the metal braided layer 5, and the jacket layer 7 are the same as in the embodiment of FIG. However, in this case, since the metal tape layer 6 is provided on the outer periphery of the metal braid layer 5, the pitch of the metal braid layer 5 does not necessarily need to be within the range of FIG. Here, as the metal tape layer 6, a metal tape such as copper or aluminum, or a metal-deposited tape layer is appropriately used. Among them, a metal-deposited tape layer obtained by depositing copper on one surface of a plastic tape such as a polyester tape is particularly preferable. Is preferred in terms of strength and shielding characteristics. Thickness of metal deposition is 0.1μm ~ 1μm
Is preferably within the range. What is important here is that, in order to obtain sufficient shielding properties, the metal tape 6 is arranged so that its metal deposition surface is in contact with the metal braided layer 5,
The metal braid layer 5 is densely wound horizontally so as not to form a gap.
Next, similarly to the embodiment of FIG. 1, if necessary, a plastic tape such as a polyester tape is horizontally wound to form a jacket layer 7.

As shown in FIG. 3, this flat shielded cable 8 is obtained by arranging a plurality of the two-core parallel shielded cables 1 shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. It is. As the coating material 9 used in this case, an adhesive tape based on a synthetic resin, particularly a polyester, is preferably employed. In such a flat shielded cable 8, a plurality of two-core parallel shielded cables 1 are arranged in parallel, and a coating material 9 is fixed to the outer periphery thereof. There is a feature that an excellent shielding effect is achieved by a noise canceling effect in the shielded cable portion. Note that as an application of the present invention, a flat shielded cable in which a two-core parallel shielded cable and a conventional coaxial cable or power cable are combined is also possible.

[Example 1] As the inner conductor 2, seven tin-containing copper alloy wires having an outer diameter of 0.03 mm were twisted. The insulator 3 was formed by extruding and coating a fluororesin on the inner conductor 2 to a thickness of 0.06 mm to prepare an insulated wire having an outer diameter of 0.21 mm. Next, in a state where two of these insulated wires were arranged in parallel, a tin-containing copper alloy wire having an outer diameter of 0.03 mm was braided on the outer periphery thereof at a stroke number of 16, a holding number of 6, and a braid pitch of 6.6 mm to 7 mm. An external conductor made of the metal braid layer 5 was provided. Finally, a jacket layer 7 was formed by heating a polyester tape having a total thickness of 6 μm with a hot-melt agent wound thereon as a jacket on the outer conductor, thereby forming a two-core parallel shielded cable 1. [Embodiment 2] The metal braided layer 5 forming the inner conductor 2, the insulator 3, and the outer conductor 4 is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and furthermore, copper having a thickness of 0.1 µm is deposited around the metal braided layer 5. Then, a polyester tape having a total thickness of 6 μm was wound to form a metal tape layer 6, and finally an external conductor 4 having a two-layer structure was obtained. Finally, a jacket layer 7 similar to that of Example 1 was formed on the outer periphery of the metal tape layer 6 to obtain a two-core parallel shielded cable 1. In this embodiment, the outer conductor 4 has a two-layer structure,
In this case, the shielding characteristics are strengthened more than in the case of.
