Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.CCD列に当たる光源(5)の光束(L)が、符号要素(6)の位置に依存 して符号要素によって制御され、評価装置(V,12,4)がCCD列(11 )上の瞬時の光分布に基づいて符号要素(6)の位置を決定する、自動車の操 舵角度測定のための位置センサ、特に回転角度センサにおいて、光源(5)が パルス状にスイッチを入れられることを特徴とする位置センサ。 2.光源(5)がパルス運転のために最大定格出力で運転されることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の位置センサ。 3.光源(5)が周期的にスイッチを入れられ、投入時間がサイクル時間の5% 未満、特に1%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の位置セン サ。 4.CCD列(11)に当たる光源(5)の光束(L)が、符号要素(6)の位 置に依存して符号要素(6)によって制御され、CCD列(11)上の瞬時の 光分布に基づいて評価装置(V,12,4)により符号要素(6)の位置が決 定される、自動車の操舵角度測定のための位置センサ、特に回転角度センサに おいて、符号要素(6)がほほ光を透過するかまたは光を透過しない符号領域 (7,8)を備え、このような複数の符号領域(7,8)が、符号要素(6) の位置に依存して、光源からCCD列(11)の個々のピクセル(1)に向け られる光束(L)の分布を決定することを特徴とする位置センサ。 5.符号要素(6)が符号ディスクであり、符号領域が特に、同じ中心角を有す る互いに隣接する扇形またはこの扇形の一部であることを特徴とする請求項1 〜4のいずれか一つに記載の位置センサ。 6.符号領域(6)が閉じたリングに沿って互いに続けて配置され、このリング が特に円形ディスク上にあり、符号列(11)がリングに対して接線方向に向 いていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の位置センサ。 7.符号要素が円形ディスク(6)の形または円筒体の外周面の形をし、符号領 域(7,8)が複数の同心的な円形リングに沿って互いに続けて配置され、C CD列が複数の円形リングにわたるように配置され、CCD列によって走査さ れる符号値が特にグレー符号に一致していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の いずれか一つに記載の位置センサ。 8.透光性および非透光性の符号領域(6)が、複数単位、例えば12単位の最 大符号の形に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに 記載の位置センサ。 9.使用される最大符号が、それぞれ12単位を有する例えば180個の符号語 の列からなり、この符号語が例えば同じ単位数の4,096個の一連の符号語 を有する長い最大符号の一部であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の位置セン サ。 10.符号語列が次の順序の設定、すなわち a)符号語列が閉じた最大符号を生じなければならない、 b)透光性または非透光性符号領域のできるだけ短い列を生じるようにすべき である、 c)透光性符号領域と非透光性符号領域ができるだけ多く交替すべきである、 d)隣接する符号語のできるだけ大きなハミング距離を生じるようにすべきで ある に従って一連の符号語から選択されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の位置セ ンサ。 11.評価装置(V,12,4)がCCD列(11)から出力される電圧パルスを 適当なデジタル値に変換することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つ に記載の位置センサ。 12.評価装置がデジタル値の列によって描かれたカーブを、カーブ側部およびま たは極値のような、カーブを示す特徴に従って調べ、その後普通の位置に対す る固定されたカーブの相対的位置を決定する(検出された符号語による大まか な角度決定)ことを特徴とする請求項11記載の位置センサ。 13.評価装置(V,12,4)が制御装置を備え、ピクセル列の測定電圧の最大 振幅値または対応するデジタル値が低下したときに、この制御装置が送信出力 または光源(5)の光の強さを高めることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいず れか一つに記載の位置センサ。 14.評価装置がマイクロコントローラ(4)を備え、このマイクロコントローラ が時間的に平行して作動する計算機とアナログ/デジタル変換器を備え、アナ ログ値をデジタル値に変換した後で、カーブの計算とその評価が割り込みによ って中断され、すべてのピクセル電圧がデジタル化され、その後その前のデー タセットの計算が終了するまで、後続のアナログ値を変換するための命令が与 えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の位置センサ 。 15.符号要素(6)が自動車のステアリングコラムに設けられ、符号化が反射原 理で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の位置セ ンサ。 16.透光原理または反射光原理が選択的に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1 〜15のいずれか一つに記載の位置センサ。 17.ほぼ円形に配置された符号トラックを備え、この符号トラックが符号要素( 101)上に符号語を備え、回転角度が符号語(107,108)に基づいて 決定され、この符号語が符号要素(101)の回転角度位置に依存して読取り 装置(102)によって読み取られ、零位置に対する符号要素(101)の回 転数を確認する手段が設けられている、回転角度センサ、特に自動車用操舵角 度センサにおいて、走査方向(方向T)に対して横方向(方向R)に配置され たほぼ円形リング状の多数の符号トラックが設けられ、零位置に対する回転数 に依存して読取り装置(102)を個々の符号トラックの方へ運ぶ搬送装置( 101,111)が設けられていることを特徴とする回転角度センサ。 18.全部の符号トラックが1本の渦巻きになるように、符号トラック(103) が渦巻き状に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項17記載の回転角度セン サ。 19.符号トラック(103)が円形ディスク上にまたは円筒体の外周面上に配置 されていることを特徴とする請求項17または18に記載の回転角度センサ。 20.符号要素(101)と読取り装置(102)の間に案内手段(110,11 1)が設けられ、この案内手段が読取り装置(102)を符号語の読取り方向 (方向T)に対して横方向(方向R)に搬送することを特徴とする請求項17 〜18のいずれか一つに記載の回転角度センサ。 21.案内手段が溝−突起−連結体からなり、符号要素(101)寄りの連結手段 (101)が渦巻き状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項20記載の回 転角度センサ。 22.符号要素(101)が符号ディスクであり、符号ディスクに付設された案内 手段が渦巻き状の溝(101)であり、符号(107,108)が溝の底に配 置され、読取り装置(102)の読取り要素(105)が、溝底(115)寄 りの、読取り装置(102)の突起(111)の面(116)に配置されてい ることを特徴とする請求項1〜21のいずれか一つに記載の回転角度センサ。 23.符号が渦巻き状符号トラック(103)全体にわたって延びる最大符号であ ることを特徴とする請求項1〜22のいずれか一つに記載の回転角度センサ。 24.読取り装置(102)がCCD列であり、このCCD列がほぼ円形に配置さ れた符号トラック(117〜122)に対して接線方向(T)に向いているこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜23のいずれか一つに記載の回転角度センサ。 25.符号要素が定置された光源によって照射され、透光原理または反射光原理が 使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜24のいずれか一つに記載の回転角度 センサ。 26.光源が移動可能に配置され、読取り装置の範囲において符号要素の一部を直 接照射するかあるいは光源が定置されて配置され、読取り装置の範囲にある符 号要素の部分が、後続案内される光ガイドを経て間接的に照射されることを特 徴とする請求項17〜25のいずれか一つに記載の回転角度センサ。
