Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.材料を除去する面を一つ又はそれ以上有する略カップ形状の工具によって かさ歯車形状をなす工作物に一つ又はそれ以上の歯溝を加工する方法であって、 該方法が、 工作物の回転軸線のまわりの回転によって前記工作物を割出し、前記歯溝のう ちの一つを最終加工位置へ運ぶことと、 前記割出しの間の少なくとも一部の期間と同時に前記工具を位置決めし、該工 具を前記工作物と接触させて前記歯溝の加工を開始させることと、 を含む加工方法。 2.前記歯溝に位置決めされた前記工具を保持するために前記割出しする工作 物と一緒に前記工具を移動させながら前記割出しの間に前記工具を送り込み、前 記送り込みと前記工具の移動と割出しとが、少なくとも前記最終加工位置が達成 されるまで続けられる段階をさらに含む請求項2記載の加工方法。 3.前記送り込みのうちの少なくとも一つと、前記工具の移動と、割出しとが 、前記最終加工位置が達成された後に続けられる請求項2記載の加工方法。 4.前記工具を前記歯溝から相対的に引っ込める段階と、 割出し、位置決め、接触、送り込み、移動および引っ込めの各工程を、前記工 作物の連続する歯溝のために繰り返す段階と、 をさらに含む請求項2記載の加工方法。 5.前記工作物の前記割出しが連続的であり、かつ前記最終加工位置が達成さ れたときに前記工具が前記歯溝からただちに相対的に引っ込められる請求項4記 載の加工方法。 6.前記工作物の前記割出しが間欠的であって、前記最終加工位置が達成され たときに前記工作物の回転が停止され、前記工具が予め定められた時間、前記歯 溝内に留まる請求項4記載の加工方法。 7.前記最終加工位置が達成された後に、前記工具が前記歯溝内に最大深度位 置までさらに送り込まれる請求項6記載の加工方法。 8.前記工具が切削工具である請求項1記載の加工方法。 9.前記工具が砥石車である請求項1記載の加工方法。 10.前記工具および前記工作物が、3つの互いに直交する軸線に沿って直線 的に互いに相対移動可能であるとともに、1つの回転軸線のまわりに角度的に互 いに相対移動可能である請求項1記載の加工方法。 11.材料を除去する面を一つ又はそれ以上有する略カップ形状の工具によっ てかさ歯車形状をなす工作物に一つ又はそれ以上の歯溝を加工する方法であって 、該方法が、 工作物の回転軸線のまわりの間欠的な回転によって前記工作物を割出し、個々 の歯溝を最終加工位置へ連続して運ぶことと、 前記割出しの間の少なくとも一部の期間と同時に前記工具を位置決めし、該工 具を前記工作物と接触させて前記歯溝の加工を開始させることと、 前記歯溝に位置決めされた前記工具を保持するために前記割出しする工作物と 一緒に前記工具を移動させながら前記割出しの間に前記工具を送り込み、前記送 り込みと前記工具の移動と割出しとが、少なくとも前記最終加工位置が達成され るまで続けられることと、 を含む加工方法。 12.前記工具を前記歯溝から相対的に引っ込める段階と、 割出し、位置決め、接触、送り込み、移動および引っ込めの各工程を、前記工 作物の連続する歯溝のために繰り返す段階と、 をさらに含む請求項11記載の加工方法。 13.前記最終加工位置が達成された後に、前記工具が前記歯溝内に最大深度 位置までさらに送り込まれる請求項11記載の加工方法。 14.前記工具が切削工具である請求項11記載の加工方法。 15.前記工具が砥石車である請求項11記載の加工方法。
