Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】ケース内部から端子部に引出した端子導体
の先端にねじ付き端子金具を装着し、外部からケースの
端子部に差し込んだ電線を端子導体との接続位置にねじ
締結するようにした開閉器の端子構造であり、端子導体
をケース内のしゃ断部に組み込んだヘアピン形状の固定
接触子を延長して形成したものにおいて、ケースのしゃ
断部と端子部との間に端子導体の引出し通路を残して仕
切隔壁を形成し、該仕切隔壁に固定接触子を挟持固定し
た上で前記引出し通路を通して端子導体を端子部に引き
出すようにしたことを特徴とする開閉器の端子構造。
A terminal fitting with a screw is attached to the tip of a terminal conductor drawn out from the inside of a case to a terminal portion, and an electric wire inserted into the terminal portion of the case from the outside is screwed to a connection position with the terminal conductor. A terminal structure of a switch, which is formed by extending a hairpin-shaped fixed contact with a terminal conductor embedded in a cut-off part in a case, and a lead-out passage for the terminal conductor between the cut-off part and the terminal part of the case. The terminal structure of the switch, characterized in that a partition wall is formed by leaving the above, a fixed contact is held and fixed to the partition wall, and a terminal conductor is drawn out to the terminal portion through the lead-out passage.
【請求項2】ケース内部から端子部に引出した端子導体
の先端にねじ付き端子金具を装着し、外部からケースの
端子部に差し込んだ電線を端子導体との接続位置にねじ
締結するようにした開閉器の端子構造であり、その端子
金具が端子導体の先端に遊嵌したボックス形端子金具
と、該端子金具の頂部に上方から螺合した端子ねじと、
上辺に端子ねじを嵌挿し、かつ下辺を前記端子金具の内
方に挿入して組付けたコ字形の電線押え金具とからなる
ものにおいて、前記のボックス形端子金具を、U字形に
板金加工した下部片と、上面に端子ねじ穴をバーリング
加工して前記下部片の上部に係止固定した上部片とから
構成したことを特徴とする開閉器の端子構造。
