【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 基端が車体の剛性部に弾性的に支持され
てほぼ水平方向に延びるロアアームの先端と、サスペン
ションスプリングと一体で、上端が車体に固定されて下
方に延びるショックアブソーバの下端とを、上記ロアア
ームを押し下げた状態で連結する際に用いるサスペンシ
ョン組立治具であって、組立治具は、複動式のシリンダ
装置の外周に傘状に開閉してシリンダ装置の収縮時にシ
リンダ装置の外周面に沿うように収納状態となり、シリ
ンダ装置の伸長により開く複数の係止爪を付設してな
り、シリンダ装置収縮状態でロアアームに形成した貫通
孔に下方から挿通せしめて、上記複数の係止爪をロアア
ームの上方に位置せしめるとともにシリンダ装置の先端
を車体に当接せしめ、シリンダ装置を伸長させて、上記
先端に対して相対的に下降移動する各係止爪によりロア
アームを押し下げるようになしたサスペンション組立治
具。

リンダ装置伸長時に上記付勢手段により係止爪の下端が
外側へ開くようになした請求項1記載のサスペンション
組立治具。
