Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closing control device of an elevator preventing an abnormal time control of a door caused by a difference of light receiving amount of a photodetector due to an abnormal phenomenon. SOLUTION: On one of both a car door 4 opening and closing a doorway 3 and a member constituting an edge part of the doorway 3 opposed to the car door 4, a light projecting device 10 projecting light to the side of a landing 6 is provided. On the other of both the car door 4 and the member, a photodetector 11 receiving reflected light projected from the photodector 10 and reflected by an obstacle on the side of the landing 6 is provided. In a prescribed section of a door closing process of the car door 4 which is opened by a control unit 12, an abnormal time control is performed for the door closing when a light receiving value of the photodetector 11 exceeds a first prescribed value, the abnormal time control is restrained when the light receiving value of the photodetector 11 exceeds a second prescribed value by an abnormal phenomenon before the prescribed section at the time of the door closing and a failure that the abnormal time control for a door closing operation is uselessly performed at the time of the abnormal phenomenon is eliminated.

The conventional elevator door closing control device is configured as described above, and when the opened first car door 4 and the second car door 5 are closed, an obstacle (not shown) is present in the landing 6. If there is, the light emitted from the light projector 10 is reflected on an obstacle, for example, an infant, and is reflected and received by the light receiver 11. At this time, the controller 12 operates by increasing the amount of light received by the light receiver 11 as compared with the normal state, and stops closing the doors such as the first car door 4 or opens the inverted door. Abnormal time control is performed.

In the elevator door-closing control device configured as described above, when the doors such as the first car door 4 that is opened are closed, the light receiver 1 is provided at least until the beginning of the door-closing operation.
Only 1 is energized, and the controller 12 performs control according to the flowchart shown in FIG. That is, in step 101, the amount of light received by the light receiver 11 is detected. Then, proceeding to step 102, if the received light amount does not exceed the predetermined value, proceeding to step 103, the normal operation described below is performed, and the incident light is the amount of light received due to an abnormal event caused by abnormal light incidence. If the value exceeds the abnormal event predetermined value, the process proceeds to step 104.

That is, in the normal operation in step 103, when the light reception value of the light receiver 11 is at an obstacle in the landing 6 when a door such as the first car door 4 which is opened is closed, The projected light hits the obstacle and is reflected, so that the amount of light received by the light receiver 11 is increased as compared with the normal state. And
When the amount of increase in the amount of received light exceeds a first predetermined value, the controller 12 operates to stop the doors such as the first car door 4 or to open the reversing door. Time control is performed.

In step 104, it is determined that an abnormal event has occurred due to the incidence of abnormal light, and the controller 12 performs an abnormal event control different from the above-described abnormal control. That is, the doors such as the first car door 4 are closed so that at least the light receiver 11 is deenergized and the amount of received light is not detected. Therefore, abnormal control of the door closing operation is performed in the event of an abnormal event, so that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a malfunction that the elevator becomes inoperable or the operating efficiency of the elevator is reduced. At the time of the determination of the occurrence of the abnormal event, it is also possible to control so that the doors such as the first car door 4 close at a low speed just in case.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the elevator door closing control device in FIG. In the drawing, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 2 and 3 denote corresponding parts, and 111 denotes a plurality of light receiving elements forming the light receiving unit 11, which are separated from each other along the height direction of the door 5 of the second car. They are arranged at equal intervals and attached to the door 5 of the second car. In addition, 111a is an upper end light receiving element arranged at the upper end of the door 5 of the second car, and 111b is a lower end light receiving element arranged at the lower end of the door 5 of the second car.

When a landing displacement occurs, for example, the light beam of the corresponding 10 light projectors enters the lowermost light receiving element 111 in FIG. 4 by being reflected on the edge of the 6 floors of the landing. As a result, the amount of light received by the light receiver 11 increases more than usual, and it is erroneously recognized that there is an obstacle in the hall 6, so that the door closing operation is controlled in an abnormal state. In addition, even when it is determined that an abnormal event has occurred due to a landing dislocation, it is possible to control to close the doors such as the first car door 4 at a low speed just in case.

In step 305, the upper light receiving element 111a or the lower light receiving element 1 at the end of the door 5 of the second car.
11b is compared with the landing state data of the landing deviation detector, and when the two coincide with each other based on the result, it is determined that an abnormal event has occurred due to the landing deviation. The control at the time of an abnormal event is performed by 12. Embodiment 5 By applying the embodiment of FIG. 1 described above, the configuration can be easily made as described below. That is, the controller 12 controls the door closing operation of the car door 4 when the light receiving value of the light receiver 11 exceeds the predetermined value in the predetermined section of the door closing process of the opened car door 4 at the time of abnormality. When the light-receiving value of the photodetector 11 exceeds the predetermined value before the door 4 of the closing car reaches the predetermined section, it is determined that an abnormal event which does not occur at all times occurs, and the function to refrain from abnormal-time control is provided. .

Accordingly, before the door 4 of the car to be closed reaches the predetermined section of the door closing stroke, the light receiver 1
When the light receiving value of 1 exceeds a predetermined value, the abnormal time control is denied. Therefore, the abnormal control of the door due to the difference in the amount of light received by the light receiver 11 due to the abnormal event can be prevented through one predetermined value, and the door closing operation is abnormally controlled during the abnormal event. The elevator becomes inoperable,
The occurrence of a problem that the operation efficiency of the elevator is reduced can be prevented beforehand by the controller 12 having a simple configuration.

As described above, according to the present invention, the car is stopped by being provided on one of both the door of the car for opening and closing the door of the car and the member constituting the edge of the door facing the door of the car. A light emitter that projects light toward the landing, a light receiver that is provided on the other of the two and receives reflected light of light emitted from an obstacle located on the landing, and a door closing stroke of the opened car door. When the light reception value of the light receiver exceeds the first predetermined value in the section, the door closing operation of the car door is abnormally controlled, and the light reception value of the light receiver becomes the first before the door of the closed car reaches the predetermined section. A controller is provided for determining that an abnormal event has not occurred at all times when the difference is equal to or greater than a second predetermined value exceeding the predetermined value, and for refraining from performing the abnormal-time control.

1. A car door that opens and closes an entrance of a car and a member that constitutes an edge of the entrance facing the door of the car, and is provided on one of both sides, and emits light to a landing side where the car stops. A light emitter, a light receiver provided on the other of the two to receive the reflected light of the light emitted from the obstacle on the landing side, and the light receiver in a predetermined section of a door closing process of the car door that has been opened. When the light reception value of the container exceeds a first predetermined value, the door closing operation of the car door is abnormally controlled, and the light reception value of the light receiver is set before the car door to be closed reaches the predetermined section. When it is not less than a second predetermined value exceeding the first predetermined value,
An elevator door-closing control device, comprising: a controller that determines that an unusual event has not occurred at all times, and that withholds the above-described abnormal-time control.
