Description
D E S C R I Z I O N E
L'innovazione si riferisce ad una confezione blister per batterie a bottone secondo il preambolo della rivendicazione 1.
E' noto il mettere sul mercato batterie a bottone in disposizione multipla in confezioni blister. Tali confezioni sono basate su un corpo di cartone con un rivestimento, perlopiù su un solo lato, e con un foglio di materia plastica trasparente ad esso sovrapposto, con vani di alloggia mento imbutiti, per batterie a bottone distanziate le une dalle altre. Il lato anteriore e il lato posteriore del corpi di cartone sono utilizzabili per pubblicità, datazione, descrizione del contenuto e istruzione sull'uso. Le singole batterie possono vantaggiosamente venire liberate dalla confezione esercitando una pressione su un tratto superficiale del corpo di cartone delimitato da linee di indebolimento mentre le batterie non utilizzate rimangono trattenute sul corpo di cartone fino al loro prel.ievo .
L'inconveniente di queste confezioni blister note è che le linee di indebolimento, per una protezione della confezione, molte volte vengono impresse soltanto superficialmente, e l'apertura di uno scomparto di batteria richiede relativamente molta forza. Se si considera che tali confezioni di batterie vengono spesso impiegate per batterie di protesi acustiche da ricambiare frequentemente, e quindi vengono maneggiate da persone prevalentemente in età avanzata, appare chiaro che il prelievo delle batterie dovrebbe essere possibile con poco impiego di forza. A ciò si aggiunga che per il fatto che le linee di indebolimento sono preimpresse in misura insufficiente, vengono strappate indesideratamente anche zone contigue del corpo di cartone, per cui la confezione residua può divenire instabile e le batterie ivi conservate possono fuoriuscire.
Da ciò deriva lo scopo di proporre una confezio ne blister per batterie a bottone che elimini questi inconvenienti e crei per una molteplicità di singole batterie un contenitore affidabile e facile da aprire.
Il raggiungimento di questo scopo si ottiene mediante la parte caratterizzante della rivendicazione 1. Forme di esecuzione relative sono definite dalle rivendicazioni dipendenti.
L'invenzione verrà nel seguito chiarita rnn riferimento al disegno. Sono mostrate
in Figura 1, una confezione blister a batterie a bottone, in pianta e in sezione longitudinale;
in Figura 2, la confezione di fig. 1 in rappresentazione propspettica con uno scomparto di batteria aperto;
in Figura 3, una rappresentazione di particolare schematica di una confezione blister per batterie a bottone del tipo zinco-aria, e
in Figura 4, una variante della forma di esecuzione rappresentata in figura 3.
Nel disegno è indicata con 1 una scheda di substrato costituita da cartone, per esempio rivestito superficialmente (sigillato) almeno su un lato, con un'apertura agganciabile 1.1 per la presentazione nei negozi di vendita. La scheda di substrato 1 contiene una regione ordinaria 2 nastriforme atta ad assicurarne la stabilità e una regione di alloggiamento 4, per esempio per quattro batterie a bottone 5, delimitata da essa mediante una linea di indebolimento 3 sostanzialmente rettilinea. Questa regione di alloggiamento 4 è suddivisa da tagli di separazione 6, eseguiti ad angolo retto rispetto al bordo esterno opposto alla regione ordinaria 2, in una molteplicità di singoli scomparti 7 di forma allungata, disposti in fila uno accanto all'altro, i quali a partire dalla linea di inedebolimento 3 sono ribaltabili fuori dal piano della scheda di substrato 1 o strappabili lungo tale linea che li collega con la regione ordinaria 2. Ciascuno scomparto 7 contiene sul suo lato superiore una batteria a bottone 5, e quest'ultima è a sua volta trattenuta in una calotta 8, che è formata mediante imbutitura in un foglio di copertura di materia plastica trasparente 9. Il foglio di copertura di materia plastica 9 può estendersi in un sol pezzo, come mostrato nel disegno, su tutta la regione di alloggia mento 4, compresa una regione di sigillatura 4.1 a forma di L. può presentare un numero di calotte 8 corrispondente agli scomparti 7, e può essere collegato con la scheda di substrato 1 mediante adesivo o saldatura in una zona di adesione 10 prevista preferibilmente sull'intera regione di alloggiamento 4. Nel caso di una zona 10 incollata mediante un adesivo, piccole superfici di saldatura 11, per esempio puntiformi, applicate in ciascuno scomparto 7 in vicinanza di una zona di appiglio 7', possono essere previste come protezioni contro rotture. In tal modo può venire garantito che gli scomparti non danneggiati contengano ciascuno una batteria non usata 5. Il foglio di copertura di materia plastica può però anche estendersi (attraverso suddivisioni non rappresentate) separatamente su ciascuno scomparto singolo 7, e può venire distaccato dalla regione ordinaria 2 o dalla scheda di substrato 1 all'atto del suo ribaltamento. In entrambi i casi è opportuno lasciare scoperta all'estremità anteriore di ciascun singolo scomparto 7 la zona di appiglio 7', nella quale il foglio di materia plastica 9 è arretrato su una linea 9'.
In Figura 2 è mostrato come un singolo scomparto 7 possa venire ribaltato dalla scheda di substrato 1, e come la batteria 5 in esso disposta possa venire prelevata.
La Figura 3 mostra in rappresentazione schematica l'impiego dell'innovazione con batterie a bottone del tipo zinco-aria. In tali batterie, il fondo del contenitore è provvisto di aperture di 0,2-0,3 mm di diametro per l'accesso dell'ossigeno dell'aria. Per impedire una scarica durante lo stoccaggio, queste aperture, durante la fabbricazione della batteria, vengono opportunamente provviste di una copertura autoadesiva. Una tale copertura da incollare su ciascun fondo di contenitore e da rimuovere prima dell'inserzione in un apparecchio è eliminabile secondo la Figura 3, per il fatto che ciascuno scomparto 7, nella regione di supporto di una batteria a bottone 5, è provvisto di una zona di tenuta 12 costituita da un adesivo a tenuta di ossigeno, atto a rimanere elastico per lungo tempo. Questo adesivo può per esempio essere del tipo impiegato nelle etichette autoadesive. La zona di tenuta 12 può estendersi individualmente sulla zona di appoggio di una singola batteria 5 oppure può estendersi a copertura superficiale su tutti gli scompartì 7, ovunque essi siano coperti dal foglio di copertura 9 di materia plastica. Le batterie 5 vengono in tal modo confezionate nel modo sopra descritto con un foglio di copertura 9 di materia plastica con calotte imbutite 8.
Le batterie 5 e il foglio di copertura 9 di materia plastica aderiscono entrambi all'adesivo della zona di tenuta 12. Nel caso di una confezione blister per batterie a zinco-aria, queste ultime vengono forzate dal fondo della calotta contro la zona di tenuta 12, per impedire un distacco dallo strato di adesivo. Va notato che l'adesivo non deve aderire alle batterie, per evitare difficoltà di contatto elettrico.
Nel disimballaggio delle singole batterie, queste ultime rimangono inizialmente aderenti alla zona di tenuta 12 autoadesiva e possono esserne facilmente asportate a mano.
Le confezioni blister del tipo secondo l'innovazione, con una zona di colla adesiva 10 prevista sul lato superiore degli scompartì 7 (ove essi siano coperti dal foglio di copertura 9 di materia plastica) sono adatte vantaggiosamente per lo smaltimento delle batterie a bottone usate, in quanto esse, al cambio delle batterie, vengono introdotte in uno scomparto precedentemente aperto e successivamente vengono smaltite unitamente all'intero imballo aperto. Le superfici saldate non aperte 11 indicano, ciascuna, quale degli scompartì 7 contenga ancora una batteria 5 non utilizzata.
Secondo Figura 4, la differenza della forma di realizzazione secondo Figura 3, la scheda di substrato 1 è provvista di aperture 13 corrispondenti al contorno delle batterie 5. Tutte le aperture 13 sono chiuse da un foglio di fissaggio 14, che suddivide opportunamente gli scomporti 7 ed ! è rivestito su un lato con un adesivo 15 impermeabile all'ossigeno. Come adesivo può venire impiegato per esempio un adesivo siliconico; il foglio di fissaggio è costituito per esempio da polietilene e può vantaggiosamente essere impermeabile all 'ossigeno . Grazie a questa disposizione, le aperture previste sulla batteria a zinco-aria vengono liberate semplicemente distaccando il foglio di fissaggio 14. In tal modo viene eliminato il distacco della linguetta di tenuta, necessario normalmente in questo tipo di batteria.
Claims (7)
- R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Confezione blister per batterie a bottone con una scheda di substrato (1), sulla quale lungo una regione ordinaria (2) nastriforme, e delimitata da una linea di indebolimento (3), è prevista una regione di alloggiamento (4) suddivisa in singoli scompartì (7) internamente ai quali ciascuna batteria a bottone (5) è incapsulata da una calotta separata (8), che è imbutita da un foglio di copertura (9) di materia plastica trasparente, caratterizzata dal fatto che la linea di indebolimento (3) si estende fra la regione ordinaria (2) e la regione di alloggiamento (4) e che i singoli scomparti (7) sono eseguiti inclinabili indipendentemente l'uno dall'altro intorno alla linea di indebolimento (3) mediante tagli di separazione (6) eseguiti perpendicolarmente alla linea di indebolimento (3) fino al bordo della scheda di substrato contrapposto alla regione ordinaria (2) .
- 2. Confezione blister secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che i singoli scomparti (7) sono eseguiti come tratti di forma allungata della scheda di substrato (1) e presentano una zona di appiglio frontale (7·) non ricoperta dal foglio di copertura (9).
- 3. Confezione blister secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che il foglio di copertura (9) si estende, di un sol pezzo, sull'intera regione di alloggiamento (4) ed è collegato con la scheda di substrato (1) da una zona adesiva di forma allungata (10) lungo la regione ordinaria (2) e in superfici di saldatura puntiformi (11) dei singoli scomparti (7) della regione di alloggiamento (4).
- 4. Confezione blister secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che ciascun singolo scomparto (7) è provvisto di un foglio di copertura separato (9), che è collegato con la regione ordinaria (2) lungo la linea di indebolimento (3).
- 5. Confezione blister secondo la rivendicazione 1, in particolare per il confezionamento di batterie a bottone zinco-aria, caratterizzata dal fatto che ciascun singolo scomparto (7) della regione di alloggiamento (4) è provvista di una zona di tenuta (17) costituita da un adesivo a tenuta di ossigeno atto a rimanere elastico per un tempo prolungato, sul quale la batteria (5) è destinata ad essere collocata.
- 6. Confezione blister secondo la rivendicazione 5, caratterizzata dal fatto che la zona di tenuta (12) si estende sul lato superiore dei singoli scomparti (7) nella misura in cui essa è ricoperta dal foglio di copertura (9).
- 7. Confezione blister secondo la rivendicazione 5, caratterizzata dal fatto che la scheda di substrato (1) è provvista di aperture (13) corrispondenti ai contorni delle batterie a bottone (5), che sono chiuse da un foglio di fissaggio (14) rivestito su un lato con il suddetto adesivo (15).
