Abstract

Un dispositivo di aspirazione e depurazione estraibile e variabile in un piano di cottura comprendente almeno una bocca di aspirazione ricavata in una intelaiatura di base e di supporto dotata di superfici di appoggio ed una pluralità di bruciatori o fuochi, la bocca di aspirazione essendo collegata ad un mezzo aspiratore disposto entro l'intelaiatura, in cui almeno una bocca di aspirazione è disposta trasversalmente all'intelaiatura di base e di supporto così da dividerla in due porzioni ed è costituita da un elemento a cassetto estraibile verticalmente, dotato di aperture su lati opposti rivolti verso le due porzioni, entro l'elemento a cassetto essendo inoltre previsto un elemento a deflettore per la chiusura selettiva delle due aperture.
