Abstract

Il presente trovato riguarda un dispositivo (4, 4') per un veicolo, per individuare e segnalare situazioni di pericolo e/o di allerta per la circolazione su strada di un veicolo e/o per comunicare la presenza delle stesse ed altri veicoli. Esso comprende: un primo componente (1), che rileva, quando il dispositivo è in funzione, la presenza di una variazione della velocità del veicolo, superiore in modulo e/o diversa in direzione di un valore di soglia prestabilito, e che apre, all'atto del rilevamento di tale variazione di velocità, un circuito elettrico (5) alimentato con continuità; un secondo componente (2), che emette un'onda elettromagnetica (91) qualora si abbia un'apertura del circuito elettrico (5) e che emette rispettivamente un'onda elettromagnetica (92, 93, 94, 95) qualora esso venga comandato per mezzo di rispettivamente un interruttore (102, 103, 104, 105) ad azionamento manuale; un terzo componente (3, 3') capta e riconosce l'onda elettromagnetica (91) e che per effetto di ciò aziona un segnale (111) visivo e/o sonoro e/o olfattivo di pericolo, capta e riconosce rispettivamente l'onda elettromagnetica (92, 93, 94, 95) e che per effetto di ciò aziona rispettivamente un segnale (122, 123, 124, 125) visivo e/o sonoro e/o olfattivo di avvertimento, comprende un interruttore (71) ad azionamento manuale per mezzo del quale può essere interrotta, mentre il dispositivo (4) é in funzione e mentre il secondo componente (2) emette l'onda elettromagnetica (91, 92, 93, 94, 95), l'emissione della stessa, lasciando comunque in funzione il dispositivo (4), e che comprende un interruttore (72) ad azionamento manuale per mezzo del quale può essere interrotta, mentre il dispositivo (4') é in funzione e mentre il terzo componente (3') riceve l'onda elettromagnetica (91, 92, 93, 94, 95), la ricezione della stessa, lasciando comunque in funzione il dispositivo (4').
