Abstract

La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un fissatore esterno assiale il cui corpo centrale astiforme include due elementi rigidi, accoppiabili scorrevolmente in senso assiale l'uno all'altro. Detto corpo centrale include almeno un organo elasticamente deformabile, vincolato ad uno dei due detti elementi rigidi, il quale è riscontrante con l'altro di detti due elementi rigidi per assicurare una azione di ammortizzazione tra essi. Si ottiene così un fissatore che permette di ottenere tre tipi di mobilizzazione: per compressione, per distrazione e mista, a consentire di esercitare stimoli differenti nella zona di frattura.
