Abstract

Uno stadio (1) differenziale transconduttore per filtri ad alta frequenza, del tipo comprendente una porzione circuitale di ingresso avente ingressi di segnale ed una porzione circuitale di uscita, prevede per la porzione di ingresso una coppia di transistori (M1, M2) MOS, con i rispettivi terminali di porta (G1, G2) coincidenti con detti ingressi di segnale, mentre per la porzione di uscita una coppia di transistori (Q1, Q2) bipolari a base comune.
