Abstract
E' descritto un sistema ad accensione diretta per un motore a combustione interna avente un complesso di bobina fissabile ad ogni candela. Ogni complesso di bobina ha un trasformatore ad alta tensione per produrre una tensione sufficiente a far sì che la candela generi una scintilla, un condensatore incorporato in parallelo alla candela e un circuito di percezione della scintilla accoppiato al trasformatore ad alta tensione per generare un segnale di conferma della scintilla quando viene generata una scintilla. Il circuito di percezione della scintilla è sensibile ad un segnale di alta frequenza generato nel trasformatore ad alta tensione entro un campo di frequenza prestabilito per generare il segnale di conferma di scintilla. Il sistema ad accensione diretta é compatibile con modi di funzionamento ad un solo colpo o a più colpi. Il sistema può anche generare una tensione di sonda ai capi della candela per verificare l'accensione automatica o preaccensione.
