Abstract

Metodo e dispositivo per la realizzazione di una carcassa (1) toroidale per un pneumatico di veicolo stradale, la carcassa (1) presentando un telaio (12) anulare portato in rotazione attorno al proprio asse rispetto ad un dispositivo annodatore (20), il quale è disposto all'esterno del telaio (12), ed utilizza due fili (5, 6) continui per realizzare, sul telaio (12) stesso, una pluralità di elementi allungati di rinforzo disposti su piani sostanzialmente radiali, e definiti, ciascuno, da un cappio (7, 8); tale cappio (7, 8) venendo ottenuto ripiegando a U una porzione intermedia di un rispetto filo (5, 6), venendo avvolto attorno ad un rispettivo tallone (2) anulare facente parte del telaio (12), e venendo disteso verso l'altro tallone (2) per accoppiarsi ad un corrispondente cappio (8, 7) dell'altro filo (6, 5) e formare, con quest'ultimo cappio (8, 7), una struttura (4) reticolata "bouclé" inglobante i due talloni (2).
