Abstract

A találmány tárgyát eljárások képezik etanol előállításárakeményítőtartalmú növényi nyersanyagból. A találmány szerinti eljáráskülönösen üzemanyagként alkalmazott etanol termelésére alkalmas, de azígy előállított etanol vegyiparban, gyógyszeriparban és kozmetikaiiparban, valamint az aromás anyagok eltávolítása céljából végzettrektifikálás után az élelmiszeriparban is felhasználható. A találmányszerinti eljárásban kiindulási anyagként elsősorban búza-, kukorica-,árpa-, cirok-, rozs- vagy rizscefrét alkalmaznak. Atalálmány szerintieljárás során az előfermentorban lévő élesztőt eltávolítják, azelőfermentort megtisztítják, fertőtlenítik, és bizonyos időközönként abenne lévő élesztőt kicserélik friss élesztőkre.
