Claims (9)

1. Hibridni tekstil koji sadrži pređu na osnovi anorganskih vlakana i pređu na osnovi prirodnih organskih vlakana tako da je pređa na osnovi anorganskih vlakana sutkana, isprepletena ili spletena s pređom na osnovi prirodnih organskih vlakana, naznačen time da sadrži između 70 % i 90 % masenog udjela prirodnih organskih vlakana i između 10 % i 30 % masenog udjela anorganskih vlakana, tako da su ovi postoci izraženi u odnosu na cjelinu anorganskih vlakana i prirodnih organskih vlakana i činjenicom da su prirodna organska vlakna lanena vlakna, a anorganska vlakna staklena vlakna.
2. Hibridni tekstil prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži između 80 % i 90 % masenog udjela prirodnih organskih vlakana i između 10 % i 20 % masenog udjela anorganskih vlakana, tako da su ovi postoci izraženi u odnosu na cjelinu anorganskih vlakana i prirodnih organskih vlakana.
3. Hibridni tekstil prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da pređa na osnovi anorganskih vlakana i pređa na osnovi prirodnih organskih vlakana imaju, neovisno jedna o drugoj, duljinsku masu između 500 tex i 3000 tex.
4. Hibridni tekstil prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je duljinska masa pređe na osnovi organskih vlakana manja od duljinske mase pređe na osnovi anorganskih vlakana.
5. Hibridni tekstil prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da staklena vlakna imaju promjer sadržan između 5 µm i 24 µm.
6. Hibridni tekstil prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su anorganska vlakna i organska prirodna vlakna obrađena sredstvom za apreturu.
7. Hibridni tekstil prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da ima: – debljinu manju od 30 mm, poželjno između 0,2 mm i 5 mm, poželjno između 1 mm i 4 mm, a posebice između 1,5 mm i 3 mm; i/ili – masu po jedinici površine između 30 i 3000 g/m2, poželjno između 100 i 2000 g/m2, posebice između 100 i 1200 g/m2, a pogotovo između 100 i 1000 g/m2.
8. Prepreg koji sadrži najmanje jedan hibridni tekstil prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 7 i termoplastičnu ili termostabilnu smolu, tako da smola predstavlja između 20 % i 45 % masenog udjela, poželjno između 25 % i 40 % ukupnog masenog udjela preprega.
9. Upotreba hibridnog tekstila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 7 ili preprega prema zahtjevu 7 za proizvodnju kompozita koji sadrži organsku polimernu matricu i tekstilno ojačanje.
