Claims (12)
1. Automobilska guma (12), koja sadrži:
obodno gazište, koje ima vanjsku gaznu površinu i unutarnju površinu unutarnje obloge (22);
najmanje dva međusobno razmaknuta ruba;
dijelove bočne stijenke, koji se pružaju između gaznog sloja i rubova; i
lijepljeno osiguran prigušivač buke (10), koji oblaže unutarnju površinu (22) automobilske gume (12), gdje su završni krajevi prigušivača buke (10) rezani pod kutom manjim od 90 stupnjeva i međusobno se preklapaju;
gdje je automobilska guma (12) naznačena time što je navedeni prigušivač buke prigušivač buke oblikovan kao trapezoid, koji ima poprečni presjek u obliku trapezoida u uzdužnom smjeru i koji ima kraću unutarnju površinu (18) i dulju vanjsku površinu (19), a navedena dulja vanjska površina (19) je obložena ljepilom (20), kako bi prionula na automobilsku gumu.
2. Automobilska guma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu je navedeni prigušivač buke (10) trakasti prigušivač buke, koji ima prvi i drugi završni kraj (14, 16), pri čemu prigušivač buke oblaže navedenu površinu unutarnje obloge; pri čemu je prigušivač buke lijepljeno osiguran na navedenu površinu unutarnje obloge, te pri čemu su završni krajevi navedenog prigušivača buke rezani pod kutom manjim od 90 stupnjeva, međusobno se preklapaju, te gdje se presloženi drugi završni kraj prigušivača buke spaja s prvim završnim krajem uz pomoć ljepila koje se nalazi ispod drugog završnog kraja.
3. Automobilska guma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu su završni krajevi (14, 16) rezani pod kutom od između otprilike 5 stupnjeva i otprilike 65 stupnjeva.
4. Automobilska guma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu su završni krajevi (14, 16) rezani pod kutom od između otprilike 10 stupnjeva i 55 stupnjeva.
5. Automobilska guma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu su završni krajevi (14, 16) rezani pod kutom od otprilike 40 stupnjeva do 50 stupnjeva.
6. Automobilska guma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu su završni krajevi (14, 16) rezani pod kutom od otprilike 45 stupnjeva.
7. Automobilska guma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu su završni krajevi (14, 16) rezani pod istim kutom.
8. Automobilska guma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu su završni krajevi (14, 16) rezani pod različitim kutovima.
9. Automobilska guma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu je prigušivač buke (10) pjenasti prigušivač buke.
10. Postupak proizvodnje automobilske gume (12), koja sadrži prigušivač buke, gdje se postupak sastoji od koraka:
A. pritiskanja pregradnog sloja na izloženu netaknutu površinu sirove unutarnje obloge automobilske gume kako bi se prionulo pregradni sloj na netaknutu površinu, čime se načini zaštićenu sirovu unutarnju oblogu;
B. primjene sredstva za uklanjanje kalupa unutar automobilske gume (12);
C. stvrdnjavanja automobilske gume (12) sa zaštićenom unutarnjom oblogom;
D. uklanjanja pregradnog sloja kako bi se razotkrilo netaknutu površinu unutarnje obloge automobilske gume; i
E. osiguravanja prigušivača buke (10) na netaknutu površinu unutarnje obloge automobilske gume,
gdje je postupak naznačen time što je navedeni prigušivač buke (10) prigušivač buke oblikovan kao trapezoid, koji ima poprečni presjek u obliku trapezoida u uzdužnom smjeru i koji ima kraću unutarnju površinu (18) i dulju vanjsku površinu (19), te pri čemu je dulja vanjska površina (19) obložena ljepilom (20) i pričvršćena na navedenu netaknutu površinu unutarnje obloge, pri čemu je jedan kraj prigušivača buke rezan pod kutom manjim od 90° (primjerice 5~65° ili 10~55° ili 40~50°) i preklapa se s drugim krajem prigušivača buke, rezanim pod kutom manjim od 90°(primjerice 5~65° ili 10~55° ili 40~50°).
11. Postupak proizvodnje pneumatske automobilske gume koja sadrži prigušivač buke (10), naznačen time što se sastoji od koraka:
A. osiguravanje pneumatske automobilske gume, koja sadrži dva razmaknuta nerastezljiva ruba; gazni sloj, koji dolazi u dodir s tlom; par pojedinačnih bočnih stijenki, koje se pružaju radijalno prema unutra od aksijalnih vanjskih rubova navedenog gaznog dijela kako bi se pridružili odgovarajućim rubovima, gdje aksijalni vanjski rubovi gaznog dijela omeđuju širinu gaznog sloja, potpornu karkasu za gazni sloj i bočne stijenke, najunutarnjiju površinu unutarnje obloge (22);
B. ugradnja prigušivača buke (10), koji se nalazi radijalno prema unutra u odnosu na karkasu, pri čemu je navedeni prigušivač buke (10) prigušivač buke oblikovan kao trapezoid, koji ima poprečni presjek u obliku trapezoida u uzdužnom smjeru i koji ima kraću unutarnju površinu (18) i dulju vanjsku površinu (19), te gdje je kraća unutarnja površina (18) okrenuta prema unutarnjoj šupljini automobilske gume (12), pri čemu je jedan kraj prigušivača buke rezan pod kutom manjim od 90° (primjerice 5~65° ili 10~55° ili 40~50°) i preklapa se s drugim krajem prigušivača buke, rezanim pod kutom manjim od 90° (primjerice 5~65° ili 10~55° ili 40~50°);
C. primjena ljepila (20) na dulju vanjsku površinu (19) kako bi se načinilo površinu obložena ljepilom;
D. pričvršćivanje prigušivača buke obloženog ljepilom na površinu unutarnje obloge (22); i
E. stvrdnjavanje ljepila (20).
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10-11, pri čemu je prigušivač buke (10) pjenasti prigušivač buke.
