Postupak proizvodnje drvenog ugljena, koji se sastoji od koraka: a) dodavanja biomase, osobito iverja šumskog drveća, u pirolitičku jedinicu, u kojoj se iverje šumskog drveća pirolizira u punu struju, koja sadrži čvrsti, tekući i plinoviti materijal, b) dodavanja pune struje i sredstva za rasplinjavanje u jedinicu za oksidiranje, gdje se punu struju najmanje djelomično oksidira, te transportira pneumatički, c) dodavanja djelomično oksidirane pune struje iz jedinice za oksidiranje u jedinicu za reduciranje, smještene uglavnom okomito, gdje je izlaz za materijal jedinice za oksidiranje povezan s jedinicom za reduciranje, gdje se poprečni presjek jedinice za reduciranje povećava s povećanjem udaljenosti od izlaza za materijal jedinice za oksidiranje, a brzinu protoka pune struje u jedinici za reduciranje se prilagođava materijalu pune struje i obliku poprečnog presjeka struje jedinice za reduciranje, tako da u jedinici za reduciranje nastane stabilni fiksni sloj koji se drži u suspenziji, d) prikupljanja sirovog drvenog ugljena iz jedinice za reduciranje putem preljeva, e) odvajanja plinovitih komponenti u filtru za vruće plinove i prikupljanje drvenog ugljena, te f) gašenja prikupljenog drvenog ugljena vodom, gdje drveni ugljen • ima sadržaj suhe tvari od 68 do 95 %, po mogućnosti od 75 do 93 %, a osobito po mogućnosti od 80 do 92 %, ugljika, • ima sadržaj suhe tvari od 4 do 18 %, po mogućnosti od 5 do 13 %, a osobito po mogućnosti od 6 do 10 %, pepela, • ima maseni udio od 20 do 50%, po mogućnosti 25 do 40 %, a osobito po mogućnosti od 28 do 35 %, vode, te • ima unutarnju površinu od 200 do 400 m2/g.
2. Postupak proizvodnje drvenog ugljena u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu se plinovite komponente odvaja u filtru za vruće plinove na temperaturi od 250 do 600 °C.
3. Postupak proizvodnje drvenog ugljena u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu filtar za vruće plinove sadrži poroznu keramiku.
4. Postupak proizvodnje briketa drvenog ugljena za roštilj, naznačen time što se drveni ugljen dodaje postupkom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, koji se sastoji od sljedećih koraka • dodavanja drvenog ugljena u liniju za briketiranje, pri čemu se drveni ugljen homogenizira u stroju za dodavanje, • miješanja homogeniziranog drvenog ugljena s vezivima i po mogućnosti aditivima u uređaju za miješanje, • predzgušnjavanja smjese drveni ugljen/vezivo/aditiv valjcima u trajanju od 1 do 30 minuta, po mogućnosti 2 do 20 minuta, a osobito po mogućnosti 3 do 10 minuta, u uređaju za predzgušnjavanje, • briketiranja predzgusnute smjese drveni ugljen/vezivo/aditiv u postrojenju za briketiranje s hidrauličnim valjcima, pri čemu se smjesu vodi preko najmanje dva valjka s udubljenjima za oblikovanje s kontaktnim tlakom od 1 do 12 bara, po mogućnosti od 1,5 do 9 bara, a osobito po mogućnosti od 2 do 7 bara, • sušenja briketa drvenog ugljena na temperaturi sušenja od 50 do 140 °C, po mogućnosti od 65 do 110 °C, a osobito po mogućnosti od 75 do 105 °C, u konvekcijskoj sušilici, • pakiranja suhih briketa drvenog ugljena u postrojenju za punjenje.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što se veziva bira iz skupine koju čine po mogućnosti reciklirana biljna ulja ili masti, škrobovi, otopine šećera te spojevi celuloze, koji imaju maseni udio od 0,5 do 20 %, po mogućnosti od 1 do 15 %, a osobito po mogućnosti od 2 do 10 %, suhe mase briketa drvenog ugljena.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 i 5, naznačen time što se aditive bira iz skupine koju čine spojevi kalcij, glina, arapska guma te glineni minerali, te imaju maseni udio od 0 do 10 %, po mogućnosti od 0,5 do 8 %, a osobito po mogućnosti od 1 do 5 %, suhe mase briketa drvenog ugljena.
7. Postupak proizvodnje aktivnog drvenog ugljena, naznačen time što se drveni ugljen dodaje postupkom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, koji se sastoji od sljedećih koraka, • dodavanja drvenog ugljena u jedinicu za aktiviranje, pri čemu se drveni ugljen homogenizira u postrojenju za dodavanje, • aktiviranja homogeniziranog drvenog ugljena u jedinici za aktiviranje sredstvom za aktiviranje, po mogućnosti vodenom parom ili ugljičnim dioksidom, na temperaturi od 600 do 1100 °C, po mogućnosti 700 do 1000 °C, a osobito po mogućnosti 800 do 950 °C, u trajanju od 5 do 180 minuta, po mogućnosti 10 do 120 minuta, a osobito po mogućnosti 15 do 90 minuta, gdje se promet sredstva za aktiviranje po 1 g drvenog ugljena tako bira da bude 0,1 do 2 g, po mogućnosti 0,3 do 1,8 g, a osobito po mogućnosti 0,4 do 1,6 g, • konfekcioniranja aktiviranog drvenog ugljena, • pakiranja konfekcioniranog aktiviranog drvenog ugljena u postrojenju za punjenje.
8. Postupak proizvodnje industrijskog drvenog ugljena, osobito kao dodatka za beton ili sekundarne sirovine za industriju obrade metala, naznačen time što se drveni ugljen proizvodi postupkom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, koji se sastoji od sljedećih koraka, • dodavanja drvenog ugljena u jedinicu za obradu, • razdvajanja drvenog ugljena u jedinici za klasiranje na grubu, srednju i finu frakciju prema veličini čestica, pri čemu gruba frakcija ima veličinu čestica koja se kreće od 0,4 do 10 mm, po mogućnosti 0,3 do 6 mm, a osobito po mogućnosti 0,25 do 4 mm, pri čemu srednja frakcija ima veličinu čestica koja se kreće od 100 do 400 µm, po mogućnosti 75 do 300 µm, a osobito po mogućnosti 50 do 250 µm, pri čemu fina frakcija ima veličinu čestica koja se kreće od 0 do 100 µm, po mogućnosti 0 do 75 µm, a osobito po mogućnosti 0 do 50 µm, • obrade razdvojenog drvenog ugljena ovisno o frakciji u kompakt ili finiji materijal u jedinici za kompaktiranje ili mljevenje, pri čemu se nakon postupka mljevenja finiji drveni ugljen ponovno dodaje u jedinicu za klasiranje te razdvaja, • konfekcioniranja kompaktiranog industrijskog drvenog ugljena, • pakiranja konfekcioniranog industrijskog drvenog ugljena u postrojenju za punjenje.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7 ili 8, naznačen time što se kompakte i aglomerate, poput briketa, peleta i granula, proizvodi iz drvenog ugljena tijekom konfekcioniranja.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time što se drveni ugljen po mogućnosti impregnira mineralnim tvarima, poput soli kalija, natrija i kalcija tijekom konfekcioniranja.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 10, naznačen time što se ambalažu u postrojenju za punjenje bira iz skupine koju čine natronski papir, karton, platnene vreće te plastična ambalaža.
12. Postupak proizvodnje izolacijskog materijala, naznačen time što se drveni ugljen proizvodi postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, te miješa s izolacijskom sirovinom, zatim obradi u izolacijski materijal.
