Claims (15)

1. Glava pumpe (1) za uređaj za doziranje za dozirano izdavanje fluida, obuhvaća: gornji kraj (10) s izlaznim otvorom (11) za fluid koji se izdaje, pri čemu gornji kraj sadrži unutrašnju površinu (12); ventil (20), koji barem djelomično ima geometrijsko uređenje (22) koje odgovara unutrašnjoj površini (12) gornjeg kraja (10); i komponentu (40), koji sadrži prolaz (41) za fluid koji se daje, kojim se omogućuje protok fluida između gornjeg kraja (10) i ventila (20), oblikujući međuprostor (10-20) između ventila (20) i gornjeg kraja za vrijeme stanja rada (B), pri čemu su gornji kraj (10) i komponenta (40) povezani na način učvršćen njihovim oblikom i silom, zatvarajući ventil (20) između gornjeg kraja (10) i komponente (40), naznačen time što je ventil (20) elastičan, je dotok fluida omogućen deformacijom elastičnog ventila (20), i elastičan ventil (20), u stanju skladištenja (A) glave pumpe, miruje iznad cjelokupne površine, učvršćen oblikom u odnosu na unutrašnju površinu (12) gornjeg kraja (10) kako bi se osigurala fluidna brtva između gornjeg kraja (10) i komponente (40).
2. Glava pumpe (I) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što elastični ventil obuhvaća glavu (21a) i elastičnu stijenku (21b), pri čemu glava ima geometrijsko uređenje (22) koje odgovara unutrašnjoj površini (12) gornjeg kraja (10) i elastična stijenka (21b) je oblikovana da bude deformabilna, pri čemu elastična stijenka (21b) poželjno ima barem jednu prethodno određenu točku savijanja (24) na kojoj se elastična stijenka (21b) savija prema van ili prema unutra za vrijeme prijelaza iz stanja skladištenja (A) u stanje rada (B), i/ili elastična stijenka (21b) je izrađena od folije elastično deformabilnog materijala, posebice termoplastične plastike, gume i/ili silikona, poželjno s debljinom od 0,03 do 1 mm, poželjno 0,08 do 0,5 mm, i posebno poželjno 0,20 do 0,30 mm, i/ili glava (21a) je oblikovana da bude kruta.
3. Glava pumpe (I) prema prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što su glava (21a) i elastična stijenka (21b) izrađene u jednom dijelu.

Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što elastični ventil (20) sadrži barem jedan element za pričvršćivanje (23), putem kojeg je elastični ventil (20) spregnut s barem jednim odgovarajućim elementom za pričvršćivanje (43) komponente (40), pri čemu su element za pričvršćivanje (23) elastičnog ventila (20) i element za pričvršćivanje (43) komponente (40) poželjno oblikovani kao snap-in priključak ili priključak s klik - sustavom.

Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što komponenta (40) obuhvaća stijenku (42) koja zatvara međuprostor (10-20), pri čemu je kroz prolaz (41) omogućena fluidna komunikacija međuprostora (10-20) s područjem (40-60) smještenim s druge strane stijenke (42), viđenim iz međuprostora (10-20).

Glava pumpe (I) prema prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što prolaz (41) teče od područja (46-60) izravno kroz stijenku (42) i otvara se u područje (10-20), ili teče u područje (40-60) kroz bočnu stijenku (44) komponente (40), prolazi po vanjskoj površini komponente (40) kroz utor, koji se može ograničiti od strane komponente (10), i teče ponovno, u području (10-20), kroz bočnu stijenku komponente (40) i otvara se u područje (10-20).

Glava pumpe (I) prema prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što je komponenta (40) u odnosu na komponentu (60) učvršćena ili izrađena da bude pomična, pri čemu je između komponente (40) i komponente (60), smješteno barem jedno sredstvo (55) koje vrši povratnu silu na komponentu (40), pri čemu je komponenta (55) poželjno opruga.
10. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što komponenta (60) ima udubljenje (61), koje je poželjno cilindričnog oblika i kroz koje se šuplji klip (70) s prolazom (71) može pomično provoditi.

Glava pumpe (I) prema prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što komponenta (60) obuhvaća stijenku (62) koja je izrađena kako bi oblikovala kraj u odnosu na komponentu (40) i ima prolaz (63), koji se može zatvoriti pokretnim šupljim klipom (70), pri čemu je kroz stijenku (62) oblikovano područje odnosno međuprostor (40-60) između komponente (40) i komponente (60), koji je fluidno povezan s prolazom (41), ili je izrađena kako bi bila otvorena u odnosu na komponentu (40), pri čemu je šuplji klip (70) smješten u komponenti (60) na način da prolaz (41) nije zatvoren šupljim klipom (70).

Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od dva prethodna patentna zahtjeva, naznačena time što je šuplji klip (70), na svojem kraju koji je okrenut suprotno od komponente (40), pomično vođen u kućište pumpe (100), koje ima volumen pumpe (101) određen kućištem pumpe (100) i šupljim klipom (70), pri čemu je volumen pumpe (101) maksimiziran u stanju skladištenja (A) i minimiziran u stanju rada (B), pri čemu posebice kućište pumpe (100) uključuje ulazni otvor (102) na dnu, koji se poželjno može zatvoriti ventilom (90), posebice tanjurastim ventilom ili kuglastim ventilom, za vrijeme stanja rada i može se otvoriti za vrijeme prijelaza glave pumpe iz stanja rada (B) u stanje skladištenja (A), pri čemu je posebice proizvodna cijev (110) postavljena kod ulaznog otvora (102) na dnu.
13. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je kod povezivanja glave pumpe (I) preko komponente (60) s posudom za skladištenje (II), brtva (80) postavljena između komponente (60) i posude za skladištenje (II), ili preko pumpne komore (100) s posudom za skladištenje (II), brtva (80) postavljena između pumpne komore (100) i posude za skladištenje (II).
14. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što gornji kraj (10) obuhvaća antibakterijski materijal, poželjno metale ili ione metala, posebice čestice srebra ili ione srebra.
