Claims (15)
1. Uređaj za tretiranje tjelesnog tkiva, koji obuhvaća svjetlosni difuzor (13), koji obodno i endoluminalno ozračuje navedeno tkivo s laserskom svjetlosnom energijom, spomenuti difuzor (13) je spojiv na svojem proksimalnom kraju s izvorom (10) laserske svjetlosne energije putem fleksibilnog valovoda (12), koji sadrži jezgru s optičkim vlaknima (1) prekrivenu s optičkom oblogom (2), koja ima indeks refrakcije manji od jezgrinog (1), i zaštitni omotač (14), pri čemu je distalnom kraju valovoda (12) zaštitni omotač (3, 14) barem djelomično uklonjen kako bi otkrio jezgru (1) i njezinu optičku oblogu (2) i opremljen je s utorima (4, 5) koji su prilagođeni kako bi lomili i/ili reflektirali svjetlost koja se širi unutar jezgre (1) i njezine optičke obloge (2) u generalno radijalnim smjerovima, čep (7), koji je transparentan u odnosu na lasersku svjetlost, koji zatvara distalni kraj jezgre (1) i njezine optičke obloge (2) nepropusno za tekućinu, pri čemu spomenuti utori (4, 5) obuhvaćaju barem dva spiralna utora (4, 5), pri čemu se spomenuti utori (4, 5) pružaju kroz spomenutu optičku oblogu (2) u spomenutu jezgru (1), i pri čemu su uzastopni utori (4, 5) odgovarajućih spiralnih utora naizmjenično postavljeni uz uzdužno protežuću vanjsku površinu jezgre (1) i njezine optičke obloge (2), pri čemu je vanjska površina spomenute optičke obloge (2) stopljena s unutarnjim promjerom čepa (7) u području između spomenutih utora (4, 5) i/ili pri čemu je vanjska površina spomenute optičke obloge (2), koja se pruža na udaljenost ispred i/ili iza područja s utorima, stopljena s unutarnjim promjerom čepa (7).
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su početne točke spomenutih spiralnih utora (4, 5) kutno pomaknute u obodnom smjeru jezgre (1) za 360 stupnjeva, podijeljeno brojem utora.
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu dva ili više spiralnih utora imaju značajno jednaku vrijednost kutnog nagiba u odnosu na uzdužnu os jezgre i pružaju se u istom smjeru.
4. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu dva ili više spiralnih utora imaju značajno jednaku vrijednost kutnog nagiba, ali se pružaju u suprotnim smjerovima, tako da se uzastopni utori odgovarajućih parova spiralnih utora međusobno križaju.
5. Uređaj prema jednom ili više od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, pri čemu je vrijednost kutnog nagiba spiralnih utora (4, 5), relativna u odnosu na uzdužnu os jezgre (1), određena da bude otprilike 60°.
6. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u jednom ili više od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, pri čemu se dubina utora (4, 5) povećava u smjeru distalnog kraja jezgre (1).
7. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je distalni kraj jezgre (1) završen reflektorom (6).
8. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je reflektor stožastog oblika, a kut stošca reflektirajućeg stošca (6) iznosi otprilike 60 stupnjeva.
9. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu reflektor ima stožastu, reflektirajuću površinu stošca, a kut stošca reflektirajućeg stošca (6) iznosi otprilike 68 stupnjeva do 90 stupnjeva.
10. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu zaštitni omotač obuhvaća barem jedan međusloj (3) koji je postavljen susjedno u odnosu na optičku oblogu (2) jezgre (1), i vanjski omotač (14).
11. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu je proksimalni kraj provrta čepa (7) predviđen s dijelom (8) s povećanim unutarnjim promjerom koji odgovara vanjskom promjeru međusloja (3).
12. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, pri čemu je dio (8) s povećanim unutarnjim promjerom na proksimalnom kraju čepa (7) zalijepljen na barem jedan međusloj (3), ljepilo (9) dodatno pruža glatki prijelaz između vanjskog promjera čepa (7) i vanjskog promjera vanjskog omotača (14).
13. Uređaj prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je unutarnja površina provrta čepa (7) opremljena s antirefleksnim premazom.
14. Uređaj prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se utori izrađuju rezanjem od strane CO2 laserskog snopa (20) putem rotacije jezgre (1) i njezine optičke obloge (2) oko svoje uzdužne osi (16) u odnosu na laserski snop i aksijalnim pomicanjem laserskog snopa i/ili jezgre (1) i njezine optičke obloge (2) uzduž uzdužne osi (16) jezgre (1) sinkronizirano s rotacijom jezgre (1).
15. Postupak izrade uređaja za tretman tjelesnog tkiva prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
a) Uklanjanje zaštitnog omotača (14) s distalnog kraja valovoda (12), koji je duži od dužine dijela jezgre (1) i njezine obloge (2) na kojima će biti utori (4, 5) i uklanjanje kraće dužine vanjskog sloja zaštitnog omotača (14), kratka dužina značajno odgovara dužini povećanog dijela (8) promjera proksimalnog dijela čepa (7);
b) Postavljanje reflektora (6) na distalni kraj otkrivene jezgre (1) i njezine obloge (2);
c) Oblikovanje utora (4, 5) urezivanjem istih kroz optičku oblogu (2) u jezgru (1) od strane CO2 laserskog snopa (20) ili plazma snopa i rotiranjem jezgre (1) i njezine optičke obloge (2) oko svoje uzdužne osi (16) u odnosu na laserski snop (20) i aksijalnim pomicanjem laserskog snopa i/ili valovoda (12) i jezgre (1) i njezine optičke obloge (2) uzduž uzdužne osi jezgre (1) sinkronizirano s rotacijom jezgre (1);
d) Pomicanje čepa (7) preko dijela jezgre (1) i optičke obloge (2) i na kratku dužinu međusloja (3) s koje je uklonjen vanjski sloj zaštitnog omotača (14);
e) Primjena vakuuma na još uvijek otkriveni dio čepa (7) i zagrijavanje uređaja (13) na aktivnoj zoni (A) tako da čep (7) djelomično propadne i stopi se s optičkom oblogom (2) i jezgrom (1) između utora (4, 5) i/ili kratkom dužinom na početku i/ili kraju aktivne zone (A);
f) Umetanje uređaja (13) koji sadrži čep (7) s distalnim krajem valovoda (12) sadržanim u njemu kroz prstenastu brtvu na vrhu vakuumsko – nepropusnog spremnika s bočicom punjenom ljepilom na dnu i primjena barem djelomičnog vakuuma unutar spremnika;
g) Uvođenje uređaja (13) do iza distalnog kraja čepa (7) u bočicu punjenu ljepilom;
h) Otpuštanje vakuuma iz spremnika kako bi se ljepilo iz bočice usisalo u bilo koju prazninu između čepa (7), međusloja (3) i nestopljenog proksimalnog kraja jezgre (1) i njezine oboge (2);
i) Oblikovanje ljepila (9) koje povezuje proksimalni kraj čepa (7) i vanjski sloj zaštitnog omotača (14) i uklanjanje ostataka ljepila koje se još nalazi na vanjskoj površini čepa (7).
