Abstract

Συσκευή για θεραπεία ιστού σώματος με τη βοήθεια συσκευής διάχυσης φωτός(13) που περιφερειακά και ενδοαυλικά ακτινοβολεί τον εν λόγω ιστό με ενέργεια φωτός λέιζερ, όπου η εν λόγω συσκευή διάχυσης συνδέεται στο πλησιέστερο άκρο αυτής προς πηγή ενέργειας φωτός λέιζερ μέσω εύκαμπτου κυματοδηγού που περιλαμβάνει πυρήνα οπτικής ίνας (1) καλυμμένο με οπτική επένδυση (2) και προστατευτική θήκη (14). Το απόμακρο άκρο κυματοδηγού έχει την προστατευτική θήκη αυτού τουλάχιστον εν μερικώς απομακρυσμένη και παρέχεται με αυλακώσεις προσαρμοσμένες για διάθλαση ή/και ανάκλαση του φωτός που μεταδίδεται εντός του πυρήνα σε γενικά ακτινικές κατευθύνσεις. Κάλυμμα (7) διάφανο στο φως λέιζερ εσωκλείει το απόμακρο άκρο του πυρήνα. Οι αυλακώσεις περιλαμβάνουν τουλάχιστον δύο σπειροειδείς αυλακώσεις (4, 5) που επεκτείνονται μέσω της εν λόγω οπτικής επένδυσης μέσα στον εν λόγω πυρήνα, διαδοχικές αυλακώσεις των αντίστοιχων σπειροειδών αυλακώσεων εναλλάσσονται στη κατά μήκος επεκτεινόμενη εξωτερική επιφάνεια του πυρήνα και οπτική επένδυση αυτού.
