Claims (12)
1. Membrana za prijenos vode (201), koja sadrži porozni polietilenski supstrat punjen silicijevim dioksidom (400, 500) s premazom (401), koji obuhvaća umreženi, vodopropusni, neionski poliuretan – polieter polimer, koji je oblikovan na jednoj njegovoj površini.
2. Membrana (201) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je punjenje navedenog premaza (401) u rasponu od 0,1 g/m2 do 15 g/m2.
3. Membrana (201) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je punjenje navedenog premaza (401) u rasponu od 0,5 do 5 g/m2.
4. Membrana (201) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je punjenje silicijevim dioksidom u rasponu od 45% do 80% masenog udjela navedenog supstrata (400, 500).
5. Membrana (201) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je debljina spomenutog supstrata (400, 500) u rasponu od 40 mikrona do 150 mikrona, i spomenuti supstrat (400, 500) ima poroznost veću od 50%.
6. Membrana (201) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je punjenje spomenutog premaza (401) u rasponu od 0,25 g/m2 do 15 g/m2, debljina spomenutog supstrata (400, 500) je u rasponu od 40 mikrona do 150 mikrona, i spomenuto punjenje silicijevim dioksidom je u rasponu od 45% do 80% masenog udjela navedenog supstrata.
7. Metoda za izradu membrane za prijenos vode, navedena metoda obuhvaća:
(a) nanošenje otopine koja obuhvaća vodopropusan polimer na jednu površinu poroznog polimernog supstrata (400, 500) punjenog desikantom, pri čemu spomenuti vodopropusni polimer obuhvaća umrežen, neionski poliuretan – polieter polimer, pri čemu spomenuti desikant obuhvaća silicijev dioksid i pri čemu je polimerski supstrat polietilenski supstrat, i
(b) umrežavanje spomenutog vodopropusnog polimera i sušenje spomenutog premazanog supstrata (400, 500) kako bi se oblikovao kontinuirani premaz (401) spomenutog umreženog vodopropusnog polimera na jednoj površini spomenutog supstrata (400, 500).
8. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je spomenuta otopina vodenasta otopina.
9. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je spomenuti porozni supstrat (400, 500) poliolefinski film punjen desikantom.
10. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu spomenuta otopina dalje obuhvaća agens za umrežavanje, koji služi umrežavanju navedenog vodopropusnog polimera.
11. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu spomenuta otopina dalje obuhvaća polimer topiv u vodi (520), i spomenuta metoda dalje obuhvaća, nakon koraka (b), obradu spomenutog osušenog premazanog supstrata s vodom kako bi se, barem djelomično, otopio i uklonio spomenuti polimer topiv u vodi (520) sa spomenutog premaza (401).
12. Jezgra ventilatora za oporabu energije (200, 300), koja obuhvaća membranu za prijenos vode (201) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koja obuhvaća porozni supstrat (400, 500) s vodopropusnim premazom (401) koji se oblikuje na jednoj od površina spomenutog premaza, pri čemu spomenuti supstrat (400, 500) obuhvaća porozni polimerski film punjen desikantom i spomenuti premaz (401) obuhvaća vodopropusni polimer, naznačen time što je vodopropusni polimer umreženi, neionski poliuretan – polieter polimer.
