Claims (7)
1. Proces tretiranja lignocelulozne biomase koji obuhvaća korake
A) natapanja lignocelulozne biomase u koraku natapanja na niskoj temperaturi u tekućini koja je sačinjena od vode na temperaturi u rasponu od 25 do 100°C tokom 1 minute do 24 sata i korak natapanja na niskoj temperaturi je praćen korakom odvajanja da bi se odvojio barem dio tekućini od natopljene lignocelulozne biomase na niskoj temperaturi;
B) natapanja sirovine lignocelulozne biomase u pari ili tekućoj vodi ili njihovoj smjesi u temperaturnom opsegu od 145 do 165°C tokom 1 minute do 24 sata da bi se formirala natopljena biomasa koja sadrži suhi sadržaj i prvu tekućinu;
C) Odvajanja barem dijela prve tekućini iz natopljene biomase da bi se formirao prvi tekući tok i prvi čvrsti tok; pri čemu prvi čvrsti tok sadrži natopljenu biomasu;
D) Parne eksplozije prvog čvrstog toka da bi se formirao tok nakon parne eksplozije (parom eksplodiran tok) koji sadrži čvrste materije i drugu tekućinu,
E) kombiniranje barem dijela tekućine prvog toka tekućine sa barem dijelom toka nakon parne eksplozije,
F) pročišćavanja prvog tekućeg toka da bi se dobio prvi pročišćeni tekući tok uklanjanjem barem dijela barem jednog inhibitora koji je odabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od octene kiseline, mravlje kiseline, levulinske kiseline, furfurala, 5-HMF-a, prije kombiniranja prvog tekućeg toka sa barem dijelom toka koji je dobiven eksplozijom pare.
2. Proces u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu je barem dio druge tekućine u toku nakon parne eksplozije odvojen od toka nakon parne eksplozije da bi se formirao drugi tekući tok.
3. Proces u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2, pri čemu je lignocelulozna biomasa natopljena u koraku B tokom vremena u opsegu izabranom iz grupe koja se sastoji od 1 minute do 6 sati, 1 minute do 4 sata, 1 minute do 3 sata, 1 minute do 2.5 sata i 1 minute do 2.0 sata.
4. Proces iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, pri čemu je tok nakon parne eksplozije ispran barem trećom tekućinom da bi se dobio treći tekući tok.
5. Proces iz patentnog zahtjeva 4, pri čemu je treći tekući tok pročišćen i zatim kombiniran sa barem dijelom toka nakon parne eksplozije.
6. Proces iz patentnog zahtjeva 5, pri čemu se kombinacija trećeg tekućeg toka sa barem dijelom toka nakon parne eksplozije izvodi nakon što je barem dio toka nakon parne eksplozije hidroliziran.
7. Proces iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, pri čemu se kombinacija barem dijela prvog tekućeg toka sa barem dijelom toka nakon parne eksplozije izvodi nakon što je barem dio toka nakon parne eksplozije hidroliziran.
