Claims (14)
1. Polipeptid koji ima aktivnost celobiohidrolaze, naznačen time, da polipeptid sadrži aminokiselinski odsječak s najmanje 85 % identiteta odsječka SEQ ID NO: 2, pri čemu je aminokiselinski ostatak na položaju Q1 od SEQ ID NO: 2 modificiran supstitucijom ili delecijom.
2. Polipeptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da polipeptid zadržava 50 % svoje maksimalne snage pretvorbe supstrata kada se pretvorba provodi u trajanju od 60 minuta na temperaturi od 60 °C ili višoj.

6. Polipeptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da polipeptid sadrži jedan ili više od slijedećih poželjnih razmjena s obzirom na odsječak definiran sa SEQ ID NO: 2:
