Claims (14)

1. Polipeptid koji ima aktivnost celobiohidrolaze, naznačen time, da polipeptid sadrži aminokiselinski odsječak s najmanje 85 % identiteta odsječka SEQ ID NO: 2, pri čemu je aminokiselinski ostatak na položaju Q1 od SEQ ID NO: 2 modificiran supstitucijom ili delecijom.
2. Polipeptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da polipeptid zadržava 50 % svoje maksimalne snage pretvorbe supstrata kada se pretvorba provodi u trajanju od 60 minuta na temperaturi od 60 °C ili višoj.
3. Polipeptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da polipeptid obuhvaća aminokiselinski odsječak s najmanje 90 %, poželjno barem 95 %, a poželjnije je najmanje 99 % identičnosti odsječka sa SEQ ID NO: 2.
4. Polipeptid u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da aminokiselinski odsječak polipeptida ima odsječak kao što je definirano sa SEQ ID NO: 2 ili odsječak kao što je definirano sa SEQ ID NO: 2, pri čemu je 1 do 75 amino kiselinskih ostataka, još bolje 1 do 35 aminokiselinskih ostataka supstituirano, deletirano ili umetnuto.

6. Polipeptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da polipeptid sadrži jedan ili više od slijedećih poželjnih razmjena s obzirom na odsječak definiran sa SEQ ID NO: 2: [image]
7. Polipeptid u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da polipeptid ima aminokiselinski odsječak odabran iz popisa sljedećih mutacija SEQ ID NO: 2: [image]
8. Polipeptid u skladu s jednim ili više od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji se ekspremira i izlučuje u količini od više od 100 mg/l, još poželjnije više od 200 mg/l, posebno povoljno više od 500 mg/l i najpoželjnije više od 1 g/l u supernatantu nakon uvođenja nukleinske kiseline koja kodira polipeptid koji ima aminokiselinski odsječak s najmanje 85 % identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 2 u kvascu, naznačen time, da se aminokiselinski ostatak na položaju Q1 SEQ ID NO: 2 mora modificirati supstitucijom ili delecijom.

Upotreba polipeptida u skladu s jednim ili više patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9 ili pripravka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačena time, da je namijenjena enzimskoj razgradnji biomase lignoceluloze i/ili za obradu tekstila i/ili kao sastojak u deterdžentima i/ili kao sastojak u hrani ili pripravcima stočne hrane.
