Abstract

Η συσκευή για την αφαίρεση ινώδους τμήματος από τον βαμβακόσπορο περιλαμβάνει πολλαπλούς ελευθέρως περιστρεφομένους κυλινδρίσκους κλωβοειδούς διατάξεως, που είναι ρυθμισμένοι (διατεταγμένοι) ουσιαστικώς παραλλήλως προς αλλήλους. Οι πολλαπλοί κυλινδρίσκοι περιστρέφονται κατά μια συνεχή πορεία, που έχει μίαν πρώτη πλευρά για την υποδοχή του βαμβακοσπόρου. Η εξωτερική περιφερειακή επιφάνεια του ενός τουλάχιστον κυλινδρίσκου συλλήψεως τοποθετείται κατά σχέση ερείσματος επί των κυλινδρίσκων κλωβοειδούς διατάξεως επί δευτέρας πλευράς της συνεχούς πορείας προς εφαρμογήν έτσι μιας δυνάμεως (ωθήσεως) προς τους κυλινδρίσκους κλωβοειδούς διατάξεως. Προβλέπεται επίσης διάταξη για τον διαχωρισμό του βαμβακοσπόρου σε μεμονωμένες ίνες προ της τροφοδοτήσεως του βαμβακοσπόρου επί της πρώτης πλευράς της συνεχούς πορείας. Προσέτι, μια διάταξη δύναται να προσαρτισθεί επί του ενός τουλάχιστον κυλινδρίσκου συλλήψεως για την μεταβολή της δυνάμεως της εφαρμοζομένης από τον κυλινδρίσκο συλλήψεως προς τον κυλινδρίσκο κλωβοειδούς διατάξεως. ω
