967,109. Continuous casting-machines. BRITISH ALUMINIUM CO. Ltd. July 8, 1963, No. 27416/62. Heading B3F. A continuous casing passes from the watercooled die through a bed 1 of particles such as lead shot fluidized by a cooling liquid such as water or oil. The casting may be cast upwardly through the fluidized bed. The casting passes through a guide tube 20 via a seal 17.
