Abstract

916,830. Skylights. BASTYNS, A., and D'HOND, J. M. June 23, 1961 [May 12, 1961], No. 22739/61. Class 20 (3). A skylight has a window portion 1, e.g. of moulded plastics, with a horizontal external peripheral flange 3 mounted on a peripheral member comprising an inner higher part 6 with an upwardly inclined flange 8 and an outer lower part 7 with an outwardly depending flange 9 and the flange 3 has at least one deformation 5 defining a channel through which condensation water collecting in the part 6, 8 may drain away. The window portion and the peripheral member 6, 8 may be moulded in one piece and the portion 6 and portion 7 may be moulded in separate parts.
