XXII] Finned heat exchange tubes 20, 21, Fig. 4, comprise a fin 21 part of which is displaced (see Group XXII) into a groove 26 in the tube 20. A steel tube 20 may have annular fins, or a helical fin 21 of aluminium formed with a flange 22 adjacent convolutions of which may be in contact with each other.
