Abstract

A hard, tough thermoplastic composition, suitable for making extruded pipes, luggage, refrigerators, interior facings for automobiles and cases for articles such as batteries and typewriters, comprises 60-85% of a brittle, resinous polystyrene or copolymer of styrene and methylmethacrylate containing at least 50% of styrene and 40-15% of an elastomeric copolymer of 65-95% of butadiene with 35-5% of acrylonitrile.
