845,155. Agricultural implements. HELI-STRAND TOOLS Ltd. April 15, 1959 [June 3, 1958 (2)], Nos. 17701/58 and 17702/58. Class 6(1). An agricultural cultivator of the type comprising a base structure 1 supported on land wheels 8 on which is mounted a power unit 2, is characterised in that the tool or implement 18 is driven by means of a flexible driving shaft housed within a rigid tube 19 attached to a tubular part 12 of the base structure containing a tool driving shaft 12a driven by belt gearing 13 from the power unit. A socket tube 25 is secured to the base structure co-axial with the driving shaft which is arranged to be coupled to the flexible shaft 27 of a hand manipulated tool. A swinging leg device 23 is provided to support the machine on the ground when using a hand manipulated tool.
