In a steam turbine set with a low-pressure casing and with bleeder steam feed-water preheating, at least one feed-water preheater is arranged vertically wholly in the interior of the low-pressure casing and alongside an inner casing of the turbine set. Feed-water heaters 4a, 4b are heated by bleeder steam supplied through pipes 6a, 6b respectively from the penultimate stage 2 of a steam turbine, and feed-water heaters 5a, 5b are heated by bleeder steam supplied through pipes 7a, 7b respectively from the lowest pressure stages 3. On the water side, the heaters are connected in pairs and in parallel. The turbines and heaters are housed in a single casing 1.
