791,812. Clips. RUMSEY, W. Feb. 8, 1956 [Feb. 9, 1955], No. 3784/55. Class 44 [Also in Group X] A cloche clip is formed of sheet metal bent into two U members of which sides 2 are curved to facilitate entry of glass sheets into the clip. Sheet metal portion 3 constitutes the other sides of the U members and has adhesively secured to it a piece of rubber b which forms a seating for the glass sheets when assembled end-to-end in the clip. Supports 5 for the roof of the cloche are cut from the ends of portion 3 and are bent at right-angles. In a modification, Figs. 3, 4 (not shown), the clip comprises two U members at right-angles to each other, thus permitting two glass sheets to be assembled at right-angles.
