[Also in Group XXXVI] A clip device formed from a resilient strip of material bent to form a band comprises opposed arms 1, 2 for surrounding an article or articles such as a pipe, a cable or an assembly of pipes or cables, the free ends of the arms having identical means for snapping engagement with one another and the arms having an integral attaching portion 6 spaced from their free ends for detachably securing the device to a support. As shown identically shaped portions 3, 4 are provided on the free end of each arm.
