Classes 8(1) and 71 In a suction cleaner comprising a tubular suction nozzle a and an external compressed air supply duct b connected to the nozzle mouth a' providing an injector jet c<SP>2</SP>, the nozzle end a<SP>1</SP> is cut obliquely in an inwardly curved manner thereby assisting the sucking up of tickets and leaves from the ground. The nozzle duct a extends almost to the top of a collecting bag d. Suction is regulated by a compressed air supply valve b' and by a screw c<SP>3</SP> which varies the size of the jet c'. Specification 613,364 is referred to in the First Provisional Specification.
