766,617. Leg rests. AIR-FRANCE SOC. ANON. Jan. 20, 1955 [June 8, 1954], No. 1728/55. Class 52 (2). A folding leg rest, which can be housed in a recess beneath the seat 6 of a chair, has a frame 7 pivotally carried by links 16 pivoted to a transverse bar in the recess. A folding foot bar 12 and supporting strut 13 can be erected when the leg rest has been withdrawn and a double-acting torsion spring around the link pivot 15 assists both the folding and unfolding movements, the frame in its extreme positions being held by catches.
