Abstract

737,823. Changing signs. G. H. PATENTS, Ltd. May 12, 1954 [May 15, 1953], No. 13675/53. Class 3 (1). In a roller blind indicator device comprising a number of pairs of rollers 4, 5 having driving shafts 7, 7a respectively, each of the rollers is adapted to be coupled to its shaft by a clutch 8. A handle 11 mounted on a spindle 10, is provided to rotate the shafts 7, 7a through a shaft 3 and suitable gearing disposed in housings 9. Axial movement of the spindle 10 is adapted to move a rod 14 controlling the rotation of a selector rod 16 for the rollers; the spindle 10 being provided with a cam 12, 13a for moving the rod 14. In a modification, Fig. 4 (not shown), the selector rod is controlled by a cam mounted on the shaft 3 which is rotated by a handle mounted on one end thereof and is axially adjustable.
