705,093. Draught excluders ; mouldings. BRIGHT, T. J. R. Aug. 22, 1952 [Aug. 23, 1951], No. 19924/51. Classes 20 (3) and 20 (4) A draught-excluding strip, also applicable as a moulding or beading comprises a channelshaped attachment portion 1 which embraces a support 10, an effective rubber or other resilient portion 3, and a fabric or other covering 4 extending around the effective portion and a part or the whole of the channel-shaped member and secured thereto as by stitching 7 as shown or by tangs pressed out of the portion 1 and passing through the fabric. The rubber for the effective portion may be silicone rubber, and the covering may be asbestos fabric. Specification 649,137 is referred to.
