Abstract

697,875. Boxes. DUELL, E. B. June 7, 1951 [June 26, 1950], No. 13521/51. Class 18 A box has pockets 12 for individual tablets and a lid capable of limited sliding in two directions to uncover one half or the other of the tablets. Projections 20, 21 on the lid engage elements 18, 22, 19, 24 on the body to maintain the lid in closed position or in a series of positions uncovering one tablet at a time for dispensing. The projections 20, 21 engage stops 26, 27 in the full open positions of the lid. A roughened surface 31 on the lid and a similar surface or ribs 32 on the body assist gripping. The lid may be transparent. The body is recessed to accommodate a protective sheet 28.
