Abstract
<PICT:0688326/IV (a)/1> A cycle saddle is made of thermoplastic material, such as a polyvinyl chloride, moulded by injection and locally reinforced, e.g. by bosses 1, around the holes adapted to receive the rivets securing the cover to the saddle frame, and also by a peripheral bead 2. Another bead 3 is provided around the substantially horizontal upper part of the cover. The bosses may be replaced by continuous bands on each side of the inner face of the saddle.
