A desk and seat constructed for nesting storage comprising a writing surface 10, seat back 12, and seat 11 supported by integral or attached side frames constituting front and rear legs 14, 16 and a connecting brace 15. The structure may be made of moulded plywood or plastic material or may consist of sheet material supported by angle pieces from a tubular metal frame. A drawer carcase, opening at an end, can be clipped beneath the writing surface.
