664,282. Electric lighting fittings. OSBORN MANUFACTURING CO., Ltd., and GREENWOOD, P. S. V. April 4, 1950 [April 4, 1949], No. 9050/49. Class 75(iii) An electric lighting fitting comprises an attachment member 10, Fig. 3, provided with a bayonet or screw electric lamp connection plug 19 for detachable connection to a lamp holder socket and supports 16 on the member 10 carrying lampholders 26 to which current leads 21 are carried from the terminals of the plug 19. The member 10 may be of wood,. metal, or plastic material and have a recess 11 covered by a closure plate 13. The latter has a central hole to receive the plug 19 and symmetrically arranged radial slots 14 through which ends of the supporting arms 16 are passed to be held between the plate 13 and bridge-pieces 15.
