[Class 28(i)] A plant for the production and storage of ice-cream comprises a single frame unit 1 in which are mounted a vat 2 for the mixing, homogenizing and pasteurizing of a batch of ice-cream ingredients, having heating means, e.g. a gas burner 21, a.water jacket 3, and a homogenizer 10, and a storage container 12 for the cooling and storage of the batch of mixture treated in the vat, having refrigerating means, e.g. pipes 13 carrying a refrigerant liquid, and a stirring paddle 17, and a conduit having a valve 4 direct from the vat to the container.
