635,652. BrassiÞres. MEIER, F. Dec. 31, 1947, No. 35155. Convention date, Nov 2, 1946. [Class 141] A brassiÞre separable in the middle and comprising breast pockets 1, 2 having guides 3 and 4 to receive a W-shaped stiffener 5 formed in one piece or of two engaging pieces with or without fastening means is characterised in that the pockets 1, 2 are joined together by a double hook 6 provided with an attached bow 7 and engaging in eyelets 8, 9 formed in parts 1, 2 respectively. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also constructions having the hook 6 joined to the stiffener 5, e.g. by soldering, or the hook 6 and the stiffener 5 are made in one piece. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
