623,606. Tripods; adjustments. MILES, R. H. April 22, 1947, No. 10678. [Class 52 (iii)] Adjusting means are provided on tripods whereby the legs may be spread equally to any desired extent. The means comprises a nut a which is adapted to be screwed on to a fixing spindle g the nut a being provided with a depending flange f against which the legs h abut when spread. The fixing spindle g may be provided with a threaded aperture to receive a screwed spindle of a camera &c.
