588,691. Vices. WILSON, J. E. March 3, 1945, No. 5381. [Class 61 (ii)] A vice has one or both of the gripping jaws provided with a multi-faced jaw block adjustable about a vertical axis. As shown, the jaw 12 has a stem 13, rotatably mounted in the bed and fixed in any position by a clamp screw 14 and the jaw block 3 is mounted on a vertical post 4, terminating in a key, guided in a slide groove and has a number of jaws or notches therein, each opposite a conical recess adapted to receive the end of the clamp screw 8.
