572,718. Collars. ATTREE & CO., Ltd., G. C. and LLOYD, W. J. Nov. 22, 1943, No. 19481. [Class 141] A collar of the fused type comprises an outer facing strip 10 and a main reinforcement strip 11 which extend through the combined depths of the turndown section A and collar band sections B, inner facing strips 12, 14 for the sections which overlap to define a fold line, and an additional reinforcement strip 13 in the collar-band section only. The various elements are assembled and secured together as shown by seams 15-17, and the reinforcement strips are secured by adhesive to the strips 10; 12, 14 and to each other.
