567,447. Bearings. HOOVER, Ltd., and WILSON, C. B. Aug. 9, 1943, No. 12812. [Class 12 (i)] An end thrust bearing for a commutator or like rotary component comprises a hardened spindle mounted in an end frame F and engaging within the shaped aperture of a bush D secured within a sleeve C mounted on the shaft G, so that the end of the shaft is adjacent the inner end of the bush. The sleeve C may carry the moulded insulation of a commutator A, and the end of the shaft G may carry a felt plug D<1> impregnated with oil.
