546,813. Support for fire hose. BURT, F. W. Sept. 6, 1941. No. 11417. [Class 47 (ii)) A support for a fire hose comprises a steel tubular member a having secured to it straps a<SP>1</SP>, a<SP>2</SP> for engaging the hose, a member b with U-shaped lugs c adapted to engage lugs on the hose coupling, curved guides d, e, e<SP>1</SP>, of which the two front ones are formed with ground-engaging prongs, and a handle f, which is bent at g near to its point of attachment to the member a by means of a pin removably engaging a frame member l. The handle is furnished with a cross. bar carrying hooks h adapted to engage the fireman's belt.
