543,824. Windscreen wipers. TRICO PRODUCTS CORPORATION. April 16, 1941, No. 4953. Convention date, May 27, 1940. [Class 138 (i)] The clip for attaching the arm to the blade comprises a pair of sections with abutting, mating faces having channels forming a tunnel for the free, curved end of the arm, the sections having inter-engaging guiding means. The sections 9, in the form of castings, are secured by a pin 11 and have channels 12 for the end 3 of the arm. Each part has a guiding dowel 16 and recess 17, and a projection 15 which engages a hole in the back of the blade, the rocking movement of which is limited by projections 14. In a modification, the sections are formed with a recess for taking a fin secured to the back of the blade, the projections 15 being omitted.
