Abstract

539,930. Windscreen wipers. TRICO PRODUCTS CORPORATION. Dec. 19, 1940, No. 17881. Convention date, Dec. 19, 1939. [Class 138 (i)] The wiper is carried by a pair of resilient arms which diverge from a common mounting on the actuating shaft. As shown the outer arm 7 is riveted at 11 to a pivoted member 5 and is extended to bear against a pin 6. The inner arm 8 is riveted to the outer arm at 14 and extended to underlie the extension of the outer arm. In a modification a rivet secures both arms to the member 5, a separate rivet securing the outer arm only.
